Ordered the French onion soup and Asian salad no cilantro. Although is came out pretty fast the food was horrendous. Started eating the salad and tasted dirt. Looked through the salad to find rotten leaves throughout the salad. You can see in the photo. Tried the soup and it tasted burnt and gross. Not edible.

Always cozy and welcoming. Food is always prepared fresh, and the soups always hot. Love going there with family and friends I even enjoy the food delivered to my hospital room when I get admitted for heart procedures. After procedures that is.

My go to in silverdale when I want coffee and wifi. They have food to boot so that’s a plus. Always clean and reliable. Last visit I waited at the counter about a min before anyone greeted me and took my order. 6am and no other customers. Breakfast Sammy was pretty good. Papaya green tea tasted a little watered down.

This store has no regard for your time. Do not waste your money here. They constantly lose orders and have no regard for your business.
Mobile orders in their own app cannot be found. The whole point of ordering ahead of time for microwaved lunch is to not wait. This store can’t even get that right. The manager of this store flat out would not put in the effort to do this. This has been reported to Panera and this store has now lost an entire households business from this poor customer experience.

I ordered breakfast. Was not ready when i got there. I waited 7 minutes longer than what I was told in the email confirmation. I have no problems waiting but then my Steak and Wake. Had no steak! What did i wait for? I was gonna do a long hike and this breakfast was much needed. My 1st time to a Panera Bread and not a good experience. Pretty disappointing.

My salad, southwestern chicken salad, was absolutely soaked in the dressing. I tried to remedy it by asking for some plain lettuce, and after having to show my receipt, they gave me the wrong lettuce. Then, one of the employees said that this is how it comes, order light dressing next time.
I was unable to eat my salad. It gave me the worst stomach ache in 5 small bites. This is not a location I will be visiting again.

1/16/23 – New review, deleted prior ones. I did a review for Panera a couple of years ago, and since then, I have been back to their restaurant on a few different occasions.
I stated this in my previous review: years of playing the good-bad food game. Will the service be good this time or once again lacking?
I placed our order at the kiosk 2nd time using it, and both transactions went smoothly. It gives you the option to state whether you are eating in or doing takeout; if you are eating it, it asks you to grab a buzzard with a number and enter the number in; I did that. We sat down several minutes later. I received a text stating my food was ready at the counter; it was odd to me why no one brought it to us like all the other times. I proceeded to the counter, where our meals sat, but I was to carry them back to the table, not the servers.
Is this something new they are doing???? It wasn’t just us having issues; Another table over had similar problems.
Moving on to the food!
So before Christmas, we dined in, and the food was delicious; we were happy and willing to return. I got a gift card as a Christmas gift, so yesterday, we had lunch there.
I had Asian Sesame salad with Chicken, and my hubby had a new sandwich called the Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich.
I’ll start with his first; the sandwich came with spicy buffalo sauce, crispy pickle chips, and garlic aioli on a brioche roll. Although the picture didn’t show lettuce, he was disappointed that it didn’t come with any. But, more disappointed in the size of the sandwich, he said it was not worth the 13-plus dollars he had paid. By just looking at it and comparing bun size, the brioche bun, in diameter, was roughly the size of a McDonald’s hamburger bun, tiny. Hubby said it was ok in taste, but would never purchase again.
My Asian Sesame salad with Chicken overall was pretty good. However, was there supposed to be actual sesame seeds in this salad or just sesame oil? There were no seeds in the salad like the description stated, and the picture looked like; someone obviously forgot that part. The best part of this salad for me was the dressing, no complaints about that particular dressing!
My salad was more worth the twelve dollars (even forgetting the sesame seeds) than his sandwich at thirteen plus dollars.
Panera shares a large parking lot with many other businesses including Arby’s, BECU, Big 5 sporting, and several others so, maneuvering around can be difficult and painful, especially with the number of cars that area can get.
