First time in many years to a Dairy Queen for a burger. Miss the Brazier Burger taste. This was a good cooked fresh hot burger. The single was enough for me. The fries were very good. Good thickness. Was pleased and very nice staff. Will go again.

The inside is spotless, and the owner and staff are super friendly. It’s a great place to hang out!

We went through the drive through, it took under 5 minutes to order our food and get it. Fries was good, chicken strips were good as well. We got there ranch, buffalo, and BBQ sauces and loved them all! Paid $16.11 total for two adults.

⭐️ 1-Star Review — Very Disappointed
I had a horrible experience at Dairy Queen today. I ordered two large sundaes with extra caramel and extra peanuts. When we received them, there was barely any caramel and hardly any peanuts at all. We asked the employee about it, and she told us that was the extra caramel—then added that the pump “wasn’t working well.”
We asked to speak with a manager, but she refused to give us any additional caramel and wasn’t polite about it. The only thing she offered was to remake the sundaes, which doesn’t really fix the issue when we’re being told the pump isn’t working in the first place.
For two large sundaes at $16.61, I expected much better quality and customer service. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to Dairy Queen.

Wouldn’t even know how the ice cream is. Tried ordering a vanilla sundae with peanut butter, hot fudge, and chocolate chunks (known as a peanut butter bash) but was told they couldn’t do it. Not because they were out of anything, but because the employee couldn’t figure out how to do it. Seemed simple enough. They lost my business. Just ordered for my family of 7 around 4:00pm today…spent $73, got 2-4 pc chicken boxes with blizzards instead of drinks, 1-#1 with a blizzard and onion rings and 2 flame broiled burgers. All of us got food poisoning. I’m 4 months pregnant, my 9 & 11 year old daughters that got the chicken boxes..are both throwing up. The chicken tenders were raw inside, the burgers were raw inside and tasted off. Didn’t finish half of our food before we all started feeling sick. I decided not to even complain to the restaurant cuz I will never bring my family back to this place to eat! Don’t go here!! Go across the street to Chili’s or something.

After a long day of work I decided to order DQ. I hadn’t eaten there in a while and know that I love the Tenders and Gravy. I was so disappointed with the quality. The meal I received looked like both the chicken tenders and the fries had been sitting for hours and someone just threw them in a box at the end of a long shift and the bread was stale. It’s unfortunate, that maybe a restaurant like this looks at a customer and probably doesn’t care if they get return business. I am not sure when places like this forgot that the quality of their product is what brings the customer back and they should take some pride in what they produce. I just threw out the meal and went to get something else to eat. I was not looking forward to stepping out this evening which is why I ordered my food. If you hope to get more people to visit or order from your place you should take more pride in your product. I will not be a repeat customer.

I guess they are trying to ration the ice cream or something. Look at these photos, this was an absolute waste of money and an absolute dismal display of quality.
I won’t be returning to this location. If the franchisee or the manager would like to reach out to me, I would be willing to discuss this failure.

It’s a dairy queen. Atmosphere is kinda small and dingy. Service was extremely nice, and the blizzards were brought straight to our table promptly. Tasted as expected.

During our visit, there were 5–6 young employees working at the front. My husband and I were the only customers inside at the time, aside from drive-thru orders. One employee glanced at us while on his phone, then walked to the back. Another seemed unsure where he should be and didn’t initially take our order. None of the employees acknowledged us until that same individual eventually came to the register and took our simple ice cream order in a rushed manner—without a “thank you.” My husband had to pick up our order directly from the cook’s window, and my sundae was given to me without even a spoon. This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a Dairy Queen, and it appeared there was no experienced management present to guide the staff.
