I was beyond hangry when we stopped in here and after having challenges with the kiosk we were assisted by the most amazing lady ❤️, Stella. Not only did she brighten our day and make me turn my frown into a smile but she instantly made us feel like family. I could literally adopt her as my “abuela” . She made our experience exceptional. The food was so hot and fresh too. And everything was so clean .

Been coming to this Wendy’s for years. It’s usually consistent service and staff but the food became kind of bland. I remember it being a bit better. The price have stayed relatively good even with everything going up like crazy

I’m not a person who usually eat out nor enjoy eating at any fast food place; But I must admit as a visitor in a new city. My first visit at this particular Wendy’s the whole TEAM not only had me came for a second day but I went for a fifth day. My take away after visiting there are : great customer service, team work, urgency, picture -perfect ,face pace , clean. I want to recognize team member STELLA For her test work ethics and sense of urgency to every customer needs. Awesome job .

It was like 30 mins till lunch and I had my daughter with me asking for nuggets and McDonald didnt serve any yet . Usually neither does Wendy’s but the manager went out of his way and dropped some nuggies for my girls and that meant the world to me . 10/10 .

I went to this particular Wendy’s and it was the first time I ever experienced AI on the drive-thru and it was absolutely horrible. Although the customer service when they intervened with a live crew member which I’d rather prefer. I think it’s so sad that they’re trying to cut us off socially from interacting with people in human form. I did find out that if I wanted a crew member all I had to do was requested when I pull up to the drive-thru so that’s a little tip for everyone if you don’t want to deal with the AI I don’t recommend dealing with the AI only because it’s very sensitive if you’re going to speak about what you want wait before you roll the window down because it will pick up everything. And then it gets frustrating. Now the food was always awesome as usual. But I definitely recommend you taking my little tip and or going inside to avoid AI mishaps

Food was not done right everything was cold. When I ordered 2 different BIGGIE BAG it is supposed to come in two separate bags.They put it in one bag when it was ordered for 2 separate bags then, again, attitude with me about it.

Not impressed at all!! I was served the bottom of the barrel fry pieces! There was not a single, hot, lengthy frie in the whole large container. And was super salty which means they couldn’t start any fresh fries for us in the drive thru? I paid almost 14 bucks for this grilled chicken meal with a small Chilli to dip my fries as usual, and I couldn’t eat half of it easily!! Super dry grilled chicken filet! Damn, I eat at this store all the time, so what the hell gives tonite? Who is the manager there besides all the kids I saw in there, who should be checking QC on ALL orders?! I sent this complaint and pictures to corporate and they can handle it, but that was not even a 6 dollar meal period!
