Kids were given free small blizzard from school as an award for honor roll and they would not honor it! He was very rude about it and he says he’s the owner. I will not be back and will make sure the community is aware he doesn’t support the education system.

The service was just fine but the food was horrific! I threw almoat $30 worth of food out. The kids meal hot dog looked like it had been sitting out and microwaved 50xs. It smelled nasty! It was wrinkled and a funny color also. The hamburger meal had been also microwaved ( you can tell) the bun was hard and burnt on the side. I took one bite and spit it into a napkin. Needless to say the only thing that got half ate was the fries (because they were fresh and hot) and the part of the vanilla sundae from the kids meal.

To everyone of ethic background. Especially black. Please don’t go in this store. The service towards customers who are not WHITE is very distasteful and appalling. The Indian guy who works at night is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered in a long time but was very very friendly to a “different race”. I’m glad I had a witness to call him out because I was looking at the frozen ice cream cakes and I happened to look behind me and he had the most evil stare from behind me. I thought maybe I was tripping but I opened it for one second because I was about to pick up the heart shaped one. I closed it immediately to make a phone call. It was literally open for a second. When I turned around he had stopped ringing this one brother up and said with full aggression. “You see any you want! ?” I said hold up why you got this aggression dude. He then said oh don’t open the refrigerator! I said man you have no right to tell me not to open. The guy that he was ringing up before that was like ‘naaaah homes is tripping” I said “oh that’s how y’all treat customers here?” I had literally just bought two different food items and was enjoying my food. This coward walks off. Ironically this old lady with her husband comes in about three minutes later and she walks over there and does the same thing I said “yeah! She’s looking too where’s that energy you had?” Yeah you’re getting reported to corporate tomorrow. Racism is dying out but it’s not quite dead yet. He even looked around the counter to see if I saw that the lady did the exact same thing I did a few minutes ago. The fact that managers can let people like this work in an establishment that’s been in business for soo long and disrespect paying customers is beyond me. I almost lost my cool in there. This type of behavior for “no reason” is why people post fed up videos.

The cleanest Dairy Queen I have ever been to. First time here and I was stunned by the service. The whole staff was nice and friendly ,there is not much fast food place that brings your food at your table and they did with a big smile .

order 2 value meals and wanted to replace the sodas with milkshakes. i was charged full price for the value meal and added 2 milkshakes with no price difference. it was my fault for not looking over the receipt. this seem incorrect, please be careful

The dairy Queen was pretty busy when we visited today. I had #3 which was the A-1 double cheeseburger with onion rings and A-1 sauce which was good with fresh french fries. Also I had the Choco brownie extreme blizzard that was delicious with nice size brownie bits was my chocolate dream. The only big down side was one the drink machine was out of everything but sprite and two the blizzards took a minute to get since they were short staffed and busy…. Update since the last time I went it wasn’t really busy this time. I had #5 which was a double cheeseburger which was so good and juicy. I also had the Oreo hot chocolate and the chocolate ice cream was so silky smooth and had the right amount of chocolate to taste good and I’d be willing to freeze this winter and have another instead of hot hot chocolate.
