Kaleb was the cashier, he needs to find another job because his attitude is one of “I wish I was anywhere else but here!” when coming in and saying good morning. He just stared at us, when we said we didn’t see the breakfast sandwich right away. He simply stated “breakfast is over.” the food is almost always very good as it was today. The bathrooms, however, needs some serious attention. I blame that on the manager. The budget should include fixing the paper towel holder and fixing the wall that held the paper towel holder, and having people actually clean the bathroom once in a while. What a concept. Oh, and the coffee was four dollars a cup, it was cold, and you have to get it yourself.

Stopped a few days ago and waited 30 min in the line to get two small things. Decided to order online and give it another shot but I still waited 25 min to get through the line. Definitely was not satisfied with my sandwich as it had almost nothing on it (very tiny cheese/tomato) more greens than anything. I really love Panera but I will not be a returning customer, it is to long of a wait & to expensive for the small amount that I received.

The staff is great, very accommodating to my specifications. Unlimited sip club got me in but the great staff keeps me coming back. I get to relax and enjoy my morning coffee and afternoon juices. The restaurant is clean and well stocked. Thanks for the sips!

This is our go to place to eat due to the vegetarian choices. This time of year the seasonal autumn squash soup is the best!
The folks at work here were very friendly and food came out quick.

Panera is usually one of my favorite spots, and today’s lunch sandwich was pretty good—exactly what I expect from them. However, I was really disappointed in the dessert. I ordered a cinnamon roll, but it was extremely hard and completely inedible. Everything else was fine, but definitely check the freshness of the bakery items before leaving!

I am amazed how gross this Panera is. No customers, yet all but one table was dirty. They sent my chili out a total mess. The floor was gross. Again, there are no customers, so someone should have been cleaning up.

One thing about Panera, even at 6:00am with no one in the drive thru, they’re going to be incompetent and inconsistent. The employee rushed me to order to begin with. I ordered an Asagio Bagel. This is what I got. Might as well had ordered a plain bagel. You’re telling me the employee who toasted this couldn’t see that this is far from what a typical Asagio bagel looks like? Then filled my iced coffee with so much ice I had two sips off coffee in the cup. This location has been getting worse and worse the more I go. Just find somewhere else to get breakfast!

My company frequently orders catering from various places. Today we decided to give Panera a shot. We were blown away! Not only was the food great, our order was on time & the customer service was outstanding. We accidentally ordered to the wrong location and it took one phone call, they fixed it immediately. I especially wanted to recognize the catering coordinator Sarah McDaniel, she was so helpful and kind, even with our mess up. This was our smoothest catering order ever. We will be ordering from Panera again & again!
