Came with just parmesan cheese and a sad squirt of mayo. To be clear, I didn’t dress these fries. They were handed to me as pictured.
Not even a hint of green. There were supposed to be two green herbs… fine.. I’ll drown this trash food in ketchup… only the ketchup dispenser is broken.
Spend your $10 elsewhere, instead of this lying corporate excuse for a burger joint.
Never having been here before, after studying the menu for a moment, my husband and I made our choices. My husband chose the bacon cheeseburger combo, with the burger wrapped in lettuce/hold the bun, the cry fry, which is a combination of onion rings and french fries, and a regular fountain drink. I ordered the two chicken sliders and an ice water, with plans to eat some of his fries.
It was 20 minutes before we got our food, and at the time we ordered, we were the only people in there, with the exception of one other person. Soon after we arrived, a couple of people came in with to-go orders, and a few others had ordered at the counter and sat down. People with to-go orders, were leaving with their food, and we still had not received ours. When our food finally came, it was very hot! However, we immediately noticed that my husband did not get his cry fry, and instead had only received an order of regular fries. He went up to the counter and tried to explain to them that he did not receive the onion rings with the fries. It seemed like there was a communication issue, and after going back-and-forth for a couple of minutes, they told him they would bring out a cry fry to the table. Several minutes later, we received the fry and onion rings (the cry fry). In the meantime, we noticed that even though we paid for the burger to be wrapped in lettuce, which was a small up charge, they did not wrap it in lettuce, and instead put it on a regular bun. This means that they got neither the burger nor the side order correct. At this point, we had been here for more than 30 minutes, and I told him to just let it go, considering how long it took to get the food, and then the replacement on the fries.
The food itself was hit-or-miss. My chicken sliders were quite good. My husband found the burger just okay, and didn’t like neither the fries nor rings. I thought the fries were decent, but I wasn’t a fan of the onion rings either.
Food was expensive for essentially a fast food restaurant with counter service. Service was lacking severely, considering they got most of our order incorrect, and were very slow, prioritizing fulfilling orders for people who were getting food to go, when people who were dining in, still had yet to get their food.
Given the slow service, incorrect orders, and prices, we’ve decided to take a hard pass on returning. With plenty of other options in the area, it’s easy to skip this one.
Customer service was not good at all. The cashier man was no greeting and disrespectful. The only he asked and repeated twice was “make sure you enter the tips here…”
The order machine did not work and tables were not clean.
The onion rings were drenched in oil, so we put them in the air fryer, which made them come out tasting great. However, there was no help for the fries. They were cooked in oil that wasn’t hot enough, so they soaked up the oil and were not crispy at all. Even the air fryer didn’t help. We ate 3 or 4 pieces and threw the rest away.
Overall, we won’t be back. If I could, I would give no stars.
Yesterday we went to this location at Stonebridge and my feeling is that they’re understaffed. That obviously leads to issues with orders. We had to wait like 30′ until we got our burgers and fries. Particularly delicious? No. Juicy, yes. Very greasy as well, more than other burgers I have tried before, which is not good, So, my guess is that they’re using meat with higher fat content to decrease cost. A bad thing for sure.
Our burgers came with raw onion instead of the caramelized onions we ordered. I could deal with mix matches, but not with raw onion, we dislike it. They corrected the issue, although this second time they didn’t include the pickles that I ordered with my burger. I chose not to complain, though, I just wanted to eat.
This place screams understaffed. That’s not personnel’s fault. They looked tired and still patient.
Great Beef = Great Burger.
They only serve the highest quality of Angus Beef, and they don’t stop there. The all-natural Chicken is always antibiotic-free and served seven days a week, even on Sundays in like other places. They serving next-level burgers made with fresh ingredients from the top local suppliers. They have great milk shakes that are made to order in front of you add the toppings you want and enjoy as they make you burger.
Not that I have tried they but they also have non-meat “patties” as well.
