Also thanks to the young lady service, we had good food. Highly recommended
I tried two different styles of biryani along with their Chicken 555 and everything was absolutely delicious. The biryani was flavorful, aromatic, and cooked to perfection. But the highlight for me was the Chicken 555 a must-try!
Portions were generous, definitely worth the price paid. On top of that, the service was warm and efficient. Overall, a great experience with quality food and good value. Highly recommended!
At that point, I clarified that we had ordered only two dosas. Despite this, the waitress insisted that we had ordered three. It’s also common sense that two people wouldn’t normally order three large dosas. I clearly requested that they not bring a third dosa, but this request was ignored.
The onion dosa arrived late and was left untouched. We were still charged for all three dosas. The way this situation was handled was very disappointing. Good restaurants should acknowledge misunderstandings and take responsibility instead of forcing food on customers.
On top of that, the dosas themselves were not tasty. Overall, poor customer service and an unpleasant experience. I will not be visiting again.
My recent dinner at Bawarchi was a mixed experience. Let me start with the positives—the food was pretty good. The starters Gobi, paneer, chicken 65 and biryani had great flavor, and the dishes we tried were tasty and satisfying. However, the salna was disappointingly watery, which took away from the overall enjoyment of the meal. The Tandoori platter was not really sizzling hot and looked like they were premade and just heated them up prior to serving us.
Unfortunately, the service and ambiance left much to be desired. The restaurant didn’t look very appealing, and the tables were somewhat dirty, which made the dining experience less enjoyable.
The service was particularly poor. It took nearly **20 minutes** for someone to take our order, as there were only two staff members who seemed overwhelmed with catering, to-go orders, and phone calls. Throughout the meal, we had to wait excessively for basic requests, like refilling water or getting to-go boxes.
While the food has potential, the lack of attention to cleanliness and the slow, inattentive service made the experience underwhelming. I hope the management can address these issues, as it could be a much better dining experience with improved service and ambiance.
The naan was thin, stiff, and stale. I couldn’t even cut it, I had to tear it in half to share.
I ordered saag paneer, like I always do. I ordered mild, like I always do. Mild doesn’t mean no spice, no seasoning. My tongue should still tingle. What I got was cream spinach with chewy paneer cheese.
My husband and daughter enjoyed their boneless chicken biryani.
