Visited Bawarchi Biryanis Chandler last evening and was genuinely impressed. If you’re a fan of Hyderabadi Biryani, this place is a must-visit!

I tried two different styles of biryani along with their Chicken 555 and everything was absolutely delicious. The biryani was flavorful, aromatic, and cooked to perfection. But the highlight for me was the Chicken 555 a must-try!

Portions were generous, definitely worth the price paid. On top of that, the service was warm and efficient. Overall, a great experience with quality food and good value. Highly recommended!

We were two people and ordered one non-veg starter along with two dosas: a ghee podi masala dosa and an onion dosa. They first brought a ghee podi dosa, which I ate. While eating it, I noticed there was no onion and asked about it. I was then told that the onion dosa was still coming.

At that point, I clarified that we had ordered only two dosas. Despite this, the waitress insisted that we had ordered three. It’s also common sense that two people wouldn’t normally order three large dosas. I clearly requested that they not bring a third dosa, but this request was ignored.

The onion dosa arrived late and was left untouched. We were still charged for all three dosas. The way this situation was handled was very disappointing. Good restaurants should acknowledge misunderstandings and take responsibility instead of forcing food on customers.

On top of that, the dosas themselves were not tasty. Overall, poor customer service and an unpleasant experience. I will not be visiting again.

Came in for the first time tonight, I was greeting by a very nice young lady and I ordered the amaravathi chicken curry to go. It’s incredible. I ordered it at medium spice and I’m too big a baby for medium apparently but definitely will return to try more of the menu. This restaurant is a hidden gem. Came back for a second time and tried the chicken chetinad and it was good but definitely not for my palate, it had the curry flavor but with an extra spice I couldn’t figure out like mint or something, still ate the whole dish. Excited to try more dishes still. 3rd visit tonight 1/18 got the barwachi chicken curry and some garlic naan bread. The bread is excellent, the curry is incredible. You just can’t beat this place. Excellent food and excellent people.

We had a really good experience. We tried the goat fry biryani, chicken dum biryani, chicken kebab starter, garlic naan, and cashew paneer. The biryanis were flavorful and well cooked, and the cashew paneer was up to the mark. The highlight for us was the double ka meetha,it genuinely tasted like authentic Hyderabadi double ka meetha and we loved it. Overall, a satisfying meal and a place worth visiting if you enjoy Hyderabadi food. Staff were so good and very helpful.

3.5/5 Stars – Good Food, But Poor Service and Ambiance

My recent dinner at Bawarchi was a mixed experience. Let me start with the positives—the food was pretty good. The starters Gobi, paneer, chicken 65 and biryani had great flavor, and the dishes we tried were tasty and satisfying. However, the salna was disappointingly watery, which took away from the overall enjoyment of the meal. The Tandoori platter was not really sizzling hot and looked like they were premade and just heated them up prior to serving us.

Unfortunately, the service and ambiance left much to be desired. The restaurant didn’t look very appealing, and the tables were somewhat dirty, which made the dining experience less enjoyable.

The service was particularly poor. It took nearly **20 minutes** for someone to take our order, as there were only two staff members who seemed overwhelmed with catering, to-go orders, and phone calls. Throughout the meal, we had to wait excessively for basic requests, like refilling water or getting to-go boxes.

While the food has potential, the lack of attention to cleanliness and the slow, inattentive service made the experience underwhelming. I hope the management can address these issues, as it could be a much better dining experience with improved service and ambiance.

Great Indian restaurant but there’s definitely room for improvement. Upon arrival we got seated immediately, however the seats were dirty and there was food on the floor under the tables. Service is another area that could be improved while although super friendly staff, the service was slow and they never came to check on us once the food was brought out. We had nothing to drink for about 25 or so minutes while waiting for them to walk by. They only came and checked-in/offered refills once we were already finished our meals. Unfortunately while the food was AMAZING, it’s hard to want to come back a 2nd time to give this place another shot as it’s already far away. Might make another trip in the future as the food was really good, I would still recommend it for that reason only! If service and cleanliness improved this place would be 5 stars easily!

This Indian restaurant is the best from my point of view. Great food from biryanis to fried rice. They made the best fried rice in here. The chefs Prince Is amazing and is a Bawarchi. I personally love the fried rice there and the mouton , lamb biryanis. This is my to go when it comes to Hyderabady food.

We’ve been ordering from here occasionally for a year or so. Tonight was the worst experience for me.

The naan was thin, stiff, and stale. I couldn’t even cut it, I had to tear it in half to share.

I ordered saag paneer, like I always do. I ordered mild, like I always do. Mild doesn’t mean no spice, no seasoning. My tongue should still tingle. What I got was cream spinach with chewy paneer cheese.

My husband and daughter enjoyed their boneless chicken biryani.
