This place is legit. Great food. Great service. Small family owned business I assume. Must try atleast once. I got the Burger special and the fried shrimp & oyster. All of it was fried to perfection and lightly battered. 10/10 would recommend.

We are also locals. Born and raised here, not from out of town. We come here at least once a week, and have never been treated with disrespect or rudeness. We order different items from the menu and it’s always good. The atmosphere is nice, and love that they are a “Christian” owners. KLove is great because not many restaurants play Christian based music… but really enjoy when they have oldies playing. You can tell the employees like it also. Especially when the 2 brothers work together. Love the runner’s fun energy, and genuine politeness and the other one works the register or beside the grill cook always has a smile on his face, but everyone we have met treats you like they have known you forever, and EVERYONE is nice and accommodating.. Yes, sometimes it’s very busy, and something may be missed every now and then, but you try and serve some of the customers who constantly complain in here and see how you like it.

Bennetts is fantastic. The prices are great and the food is wonderful. Burgers, Seafood, everything we tried was excellent. The slaw is some of the best I’ve had. 10/10 would recommend.

EXCELLENT! We both got the $13.00 Shrimp special. At least 1/2 pound of Calabash shrimp, hush puppies, fries, Cole slaw, honey butter, tartar sauce, cocktail sauce and a soda. Tasty, well prepared food at a great price. The staff is friendly and efficient. Plenty of seating outside, but inside there are maybe only a dozen tables.

There’s not enough of what I can say about Bennett’s Grill & Cafe. Right away, I heard K-love radio. I saw signs of inspiration. The employees were extremely accommodating. The food was exceptional. The outside “beach feel” was an added bonus for picture taking. Loved it!!!

I can only speak on the take out window and the outdoor decor . Definitely looks like a great place to sit outdoors and enjoy a meal. Before I open the sandwiches i was disappointed by the size for the price. The shrimp sandwich with coleslaw I couldn’t taste the shrimp or any seasoning . the shrimp were way too small for what i expected from calabash there was not enough coleslaw to taste the slaw. Dry dry dry.

2nd visit: Enjoyed burgers, delicious! All the way, and the American, both yummy. Bun was warm and soft, burger was tender and juicy. Recommend
First visit: Enjoyed the BBQ takeout special. 1lb BBQ, 1lb slaw, 2 dozen hush puppies (or buns), vinegar & sweet sauces, and cinnamon butter. Also, a side of excellent onion rings. Looking forward to trying the rest of their menu, truly expecting good stuff! Recommend
