Decided on a burger and tried Hardee’s! VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered a Star burger meal and a Frisco burger meal and 2 apple pies. The best thing we got was the medium Mello Yellos. On both burgers the buns were soggy and not toasted. The Frisco had the burger, bacon, and cheese. No mayo or tomato. The star burger only had onion, cheese and pickle. No lettuce or tomato. If they were out of these items why didn’t they notify me before charging me $27.00 on something that we couldn’t eat and fed our dog! The apple pies were greasy not crispy and warm as usual. Please do better! If you are missing ingredients let us know so we can make informed decisions!

I don’t go to fast food chains as much as I used to, but I still do stop by on occasion for a breakfast biscuit. In my opinion, Hardee’s have one of the better fast food biscuits around. This location is closest to my house, and thankfully the service is usually pretty fast and the staff is always friendly.

Took a little long to get my food, but food was excellent and service was very courteous! I got a 10 piece chicken tenders, the chicken was juicy and just melted in your mouth.

Did a mobile order at 8:00pm on a Saturday. Pulled into drive thru and the speaker says sorry we are closed, closing is at 9pm not 8:10. Drive around to the front, doors are locked, but can see an employee walking around. I knocked as did another customer, and he pretended he didn’t see or hear us! Meanwhile, my app says my order was completed. So even though food is usually delicious, service is HORRIBLE. Now I have to contact my bank and have them dispute the charges! Will not come back!

Had not been to Hardee’s for 5 years. Walked in for breakfast and restaurant reeked of fried grease. Ordered biscuit with bacon and egg sandwich. Was premade and paper wrapping was greasy. Cashier was shift manager, slovenly and somewhat rude. Also ordered small hash brown for !$3.50! Sandwich wrapping was greasy and sandwich itself was greasy and crumbly. All this for $9.49. Thanks, I will not be back for at least another 5 years.

$30 for an extremely small burger and 5 chicken strips? Yeah there were extremely small fries that were supposed to be “medium” on each meal so I was up-charged, but if these are medium I’d hate to see what the small looks like. It’s been years since I ate at Hardees and after this experience it won’t be years, I will simply never eat at Hardees again. The woman at the window was very friendly, that’s the only positive side. The burger wasn’t even good, and the chicken strips just tasted like straight salt. Just bleh.

Not really my type of food… Plus $14 for breakfast sandwich and small hash brown is crazy. It was adequate at best but mostly bland and super greasy. I don’t think I’ll ever pay that much for a breakfast sandwich again.

Went through the drive thru 10/19/25, got there about 10am and waited in line FOREVER. Didn’t get to the window until about 10:30. Lady taking the orders at the speaker and window had an attitude like it was SUCH A DRAG doing the job she applied for. She was older, assuming no teeth because her mouth was sunken in and sounded like there wasn’t much going on in there, brown hair. Huffing and puffing through the mic like it was the end of the world taking everyone’s order. Get home from there, 12 minute drive, everything is room temp, and missing an item of course! I know this Hardee’s has gone down over the years, but GEEZ! Will not be back!
