Been ill.. ordered sampler platter/Doordash for my son. Mozzarella Sticks/No Cheese, Small Pretezels raw, Wings under cooked… don’t normally complain but food has completely went down hill. Do NOT recommend others to waste their money.

This was the 2nd time we’ve been here recently and both times we experienced servers that just simply don’t care. Our food was cold and didn’t come out until we asked where our server is. This is a reflection of bad management. To the owner, don’t waste your time replying to this review to make it look like you care, and spend more time motivating your employees to actually provide good service. We will not be returning anytime soon.

We waited a hour to get our appetizer then another hour to get our wings. The wings were not hot. They were tough.
The only reason for 3 stars is because of the waitress. They had her running the bar and waitressing at the same time. While the waiter or other waitress was standing around. Maybe the should have waited. Also we ordered fries with our wings.The wings came out and no fries. So when we told her the waitress she went to check and she apologized and that is when I asked her to take the fries off.

We stopped here to eat after my son’s wrestling tournament and arrived at the same time as several of his teammates. Unfortunately, about five tables that came in after us were served their food before we were. We were told one of our sandwiches wasn’t made correctly, but the order then came out in pieces, not all at once, which added to the wait. We are confident that our waitress forgot to put our order in and made up the sandwich story.
On top of that, our drinks sat empty and we had to ask for refills. Overall, the service was slow and disorganized. This was our family’s second visit to this location, and unfortunately it will be our last. With the long wait and poor delivery, we’re genuinely confused why this place is still so popular. Do better.

Food was good and our server was friendly and efficient..kept our drinks filled. Wasn’t super busy for 11:30 in the afternoon which was nice. Will definitely be making a trip back soon.

We had the worst experience today. We waited for our food for 45 minutes and then when the food came out it was cold. The restaurant was not busy and this was the New Philadelphia location. Ava the waitress was nice and trying but the manager Lex was horrible and unprofessional. She was rude and slammed our food on the table. We dont ever complain but this was absolutely unnecessary for the manager Lex to act the way she did and her behavior and attitude was ridiculous! I will be calling the corporate office about this experience. I do not recommend this restaurant due to the manager’s attitude and behavior. Although, Ava, the waitress needs to be recognized for her kindness.

I’m not sure what’s going on over there. It’s not a busy day and I scheduled food to be picked up at 2:50 pm. Finally got it at 3:20. Like they put the order in when I got there. Isn’t that the whole reason for having a scheduled pick up time? This is usually a great location please don’t tell me this is going to be the trend.

My TO GO was done, the receipt was on the counter with a ✔️. At least 5-6 people that work there passed me and never looked or said, “someone will be with you in just a moment”. They just ignored me. First couple that did it were busy but then it got ridiculous. It was middle of the week, maybe 6 or 7 tables at best. And they want tips for this? I wont be back. Train your staff to acknowledge people and if they want tips in their jar on the counter, then be polite! I do it everyday at my job. I refuse to tip BEFORE I get service. edit. They got my order wrong.

Worst service ever! Waiter talked 15 minutes prior to getting our order. Then proceeded to seperate the check, to tax it 4 different times on the same check, saying that’s how it’s supposed to be done. Ontop that that food was brought out at seperate times! Food was cold and unappitizing. Never coming back! Don’t recommend.

We had my Dad’s surprise 50th birthday party on Sunday. First thing that made this day great was when I called in the AM, the manager Nate was super ecstatic about hosting his birthday & told me on the phone they will make it the best day ever. Sometimes when you call places & tell them you’re going to have 10-15 people in on a Sunday, staff can be a little ‘tense’ about it. Not here; I felt very welcome from the start. Our waitress was super nice & kept filling our drinks the entire time. I swear sometimes I saw her running. The food was great! They let me bring in a cake. Got us utensils & plates for it. I really couldn’t have asked for a better place to have his surprise party. Big thank you to the staff on front lines & behind the scenes to make it happen! 🙂
