I repeated my order twice. Still no ice as I requested. Then she proceeded to poor it out into another cup and add more stating “that’s how they told us to do it”.
She gave the total to be $16+. When I inquired why so high, she responded “what you mean, you got two combos”. I should have left then. But when I got to the window,the total was $14+ which made more sense.
This was thee worst breakfast croissant sandwich I have ever had from any Wendy’s. The customer service was subpar as well. We usually stop at Hardee’s on our way to church, but it’s now closed. And this will definitely not and no longer be an second option.
Time to start cooking.
Also, if/when cashier are handling cash, THEY DO NOT NEED TO HANDLE FOOD. THAT’S CROSS CONTAMINATION.

When I arrived at the store to pick up my food, I was informed that they were no longer selling dinner. Although I understood, it was frustrating because the mobile app still allowed me to place the order. When I tried to cancel it, the employee at the front desk did not know how to assist me and told me I would have to cancel it through the app. I showed them that the app was giving me an error message, but I still did not receive any help. There should be a manager available on site at all times to handle situations like this. Based on the lack of assistance and inconvenience, my experience was a 0/10.

Service is slow, and doing rushes this Wendy’s makes your Uber eats, GrubHub, DoorDash drivers make your drinks. I would not order food to go at this Wendy’s. The dining area is extremely small and filled with truck drivers and homeless people. But if you order in person The Crew can be a lot nicer but some can be outright jerks at times.

This is the most unorganized and unprofessional group of employees I have ever encountered in one establishment. Their attitudes and customer service skills are below zero.
I come to Wendy’s for the convenience of having a drive thru, which means I DO NOT WANT TO COME INSIDE. They might as well get rid of the drive thru altogether because it is never open morning or night. If this location was not right off my exit, I would have stopped coming here a long time ago.
Today was the final straw. I will not be spending another penny here. I can take my money where I am valued and respected. Fire ALL staff and rehire because eventually this place will be shut down anyway.
