We needed fuel and our dining option for lunch was this McDonald’s. I just want to say, it was a good stop! Not only did we have great and friendly customer service from RUTH, but WILLIAM also had both the inside and outside looking clean and amazing! He went from mopping the floors to outside caring for picking up litter and making everything look pleasant! Manager was helpful and I didn’t get her name but we appreciated her too. Our food was just the way we ordered “special” and it was hot and fresh! Something to be said about HOT FRIES THANK YOU! This location and staff get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me today! Oh!!!…and since when did McDonald’s start offering IBC Rootbeer? This was a favorite for me and a HUGE kudos. I loved my beverage today! Whoop whoop! Only photo I took as I ate before I could photo my meals.

The workers at this McDonald’s here were awesome! They were busy and we waited for a little while in the drive-thru but the workers kept us updated on our order and even upgraded us to a large fry for the wait. The food was great, my hot fudge Sunday was loaded with fudge & they didn’t skimp us on any food. Loved this McDonald’s!

I went inside the restaurant and used the self checkout to order food, the instructions were to pick a table flag enter the number and pay, I took the flag and sat at a table with flag on the table. Sat down near 20 minutes and no one brought the food to the table. I went to the counter and asked for my food. Received a bag with food and a cup of coffee. I am not sure why the instructions say to take the flag after paying. If didn’t go to counter and ask for the food more likely I would be sitting there and no one cared.

This is a crazy busy McDonald’s. Is just off the interstate near Hershey Pennsylvania so you can see it’s very busy. The service was slow, redefining the word “fast” food. The burger was extremely salty, but the fries were good as well as the cold frappe. Just a heads up, if you use their kiosk to order AND click, Pay at register, your food preparation doesn’t begin until payment.

I don’t usually leave reviews for, of all things, a McDonald’s. But we just had the sweetest interaction with three lovely ladies in the drive thru 11/30 around 7:30 pm. They were so sweet and friendly. If anyone in management reads this: keep them forever, they’re a national treasure.

I go here a lot later at night and have never had an issue. Sometimes the wait is a little longer but I believe that’s due to the slower customers ahead of me. The food is always fresh and the cashiers are always very friendly. I have also ordered food from here with GrubHub and it always arrives promptly with the correct way that I ordered it packaged neatly.

Very clean! Including the restrooms! I trust they will fix the kiosks soon so that they can take credit cards. The customer in front of me paid with a $100 bill and then claimed that they’d given him the wrong change. The young trainees called a manager who handled everything professionally and made everyone happy. I will be back.

I recently visited one of your locations and wanted to share my experience. I spent over $30 during my visit, and my dog always loves the pup cups you provide. However, this time, I was told unexpectedly that they didn’t have any pup cups available. While waiting for my order, I decided to purchase a milkshake with just whipped cream, but I was informed that nothing could be done.
I found it quite disappointing, especially considering that the manager on duty simply said “no” over a pup cup. I understand that sometimes things are out of stock, but I believe that customer care should include treats for our pets too. Dogs love your pup cups, and I feel they should be valued customers just like their owners.
Fortunately, I went to a different location later on, and they kindly gave me two pup cups, which I greatly appreciated. At the end of the day, I believe every customer, human or pet, should be cared for and treated of respect

I got a happy meal think that it would be good. I have never had one in 7 years. The apple juice tasted like liquid sugar with gasoline in it. Then I got a toy, which was terrible quality and I got the worst one. The chicken nuggets were OK, but the apple slices were the worst ever. You used to have 7-9 apples slices, but i got 3. For some reason, the apple slices were the smallest thing ever. I need a microscope to each of these apples’ slices. The best part about this meal was leaving. Plus, it was 9 bucks for this meal, which is insane. It’s not a happy meal it’s a sad meal

We walked into the McDonald’s because we sat outside waiting for 10 mins no one answered in drive thru. After going inside we stood upfront wanted a couple minutes then our order was taken. After he mumbled the total and I asked again he slammed the drawer walked away and said I can’t deal with stupid people. It was very unprofessional and then he also ignored a bunch of others waiting in line after us. Very upset with the professionalism.
