It is a known fact that this location has had a spotty record for the past decade. I decided to give this location one last chance.
I was pleasantly surprised, it ended up being a good visit. Our server did a good job of waiting on us. I had the 3 for me, which is a good value despite the recent round of price increases. I had the potato soup. I always like it. I had the QP burger and fries. It’s nothing amazing but it’s a good meal and it’s relatively cheap.
I am glad that this location has fixed most of their issues and I look forward to coming here again.

Stopped in one evening for a bite and got the brisket quesadilla. The menu reads “Shredded cheese, slow-smoked pulled brisket, jalapeños, NEW! House BBQ. Served with pico, sour cream & ranch.” And the photo is very appealing. The plate that was presented to me looked just like the photo! It was very well prepared and tasted delicious, and a good value. Tender brisket and a sweet tangy sauce. It’s a great item on the menu. Service was courteous and quick, and it was fairly quiet. The interior could use a makeover to feel more welcoming. Still, the quesadilla was very good and I’ll be back for another. Also, the classic margarita on the menu pairs very well with the quesadilla.

I am thoroughly impressed with my visit to Chili’s. My friends and I were having trouble deciding where to eat a few days ago, and were hesitant to dine here. However, we decided to go, and I am so grateful we did. Vivi walked us to a nice booth and was great. After this, the wonderful Taylor S took care of us. Taylor provided exceptional service. On top of her wonderful care, the food was outstanding. I highly recommend trying the Big Smasher burger and the mozzarella sticks. If you ever are in the area and don’t know what to try, please go here. And request Taylor S, too.

Been to this location quite a few times. Last visit we had N8 as our server and he took care of us again this time. N8 has always been attentive and checks up on us throughout the service. Even when things are taking longer than usual he’s been great at communicating it!
The food has always been consistent and reasonably priced.

I always have a good time at Chilis on Rea Rd. The food comes very fast. Every time I go, I try the Margarita of the Month. I like going when I get Nate as my server. He has a great personality and makes me laugh.

We had the best experience at this Chili’s location! Our server, Taylor, was attentive, accurate, and kind. We got to chat with the manager, Bill, when he came to check on us. We don’t get to go out very often, especially with our kids, so we appreciated the service and atmosphere with a pace appropriate for the kids to not lose their minds.

About 10customers in the place slow not busy very quite other than workers having laughs and giggles Worst service yet always an issue every couple of months I stop in to see if anything has changed. Absolutely not! I walk in everybody walking past me at the door as I wait. Finally someone comes out says someone will be with me. That same girl makes a round come back cleans off a table near other people. Then say they said to seat me in another section where no one was of course. I get there 4 associates walk back and forth no one speaks. 10min goes by another group comes in 3older ladies and 2small children they are seated within 3min 5min later same waitress that walked past me 2x at my seat walked straight over to them introducing herself etc I ask for the manager she’s standing behind the wall to the kitchen with all the employees that passed my booth several times and says she’s sorry nobody served me she will get me taken care of and all the waitresses now scatter no more chatter I address the situation now feeling like because I was the only black customer I got treated this way. I walked away because my daughter said she wasn’t comfortable eating there after the conversation with the manager and that manager started talking about me as I’m walking out the door. Horrible customer service food is never on point not the best option but obviously accessible cheap meal for afterschool meal with my kids. This place is trash !!!!!!!!

When I say the worst experience I’ve ever had, this beats it by five. To start off the day at chilis, my table spent a solid hour and close to a half waiting for our food. Our waiter was quick to apologize and later gave us a 35% discount. We were told 10 minutes before it’d be out again, and were surprised with our food to be so poorly made with multiple things wrong included. Our food wasn’t the only thing wrong but our check too. Checking our bill, although it had a 35% discount on it, it didn’t let us sign in to take off our chips we were trying to do prior to the discount. I later told my waiter the now, second and third issue we’ve had so far at chilis and she was again, quick to apologize. After telling our waiter we were given a ten minute notice on the wrong food I asked to take to go, which of course, never came. Our bill was then updated not only keeping the price of the chips and salsa, but boosting our check from 23 dollars to $37. This marks our now fourth and fifth issue of this 2 hour adventure at chilis. I consider myself a very patient person but getting up to the 2 hour ten minute mark I asked for a manager who not only chose to act so disrespectively to us that it was disgusting, but even question us if we were lying. I then told him about the 35% discount we received but got taken off an he responded with “Are you sure it’s for both meals” as if both meals weren’t a hour late. As he headed to the back to “fix” our check, he later yelled, “Group of teenagers that probably don’t have any money.” This was so shocking to hear it was abruptly dumbfounding to think a manager of a established restaurant would stereotype so quickly. Yes, me and my friends are teenagers, but treating us like children and not offering even one sorry, should be a reason you shouldn’t have a job. After all these events coming into place, I still, never got my correct order. And as maturely as possible, as a group of teenagers, we left realizing it wasn’t even worth it. This was truly a exasperating experience, I will no longer be supporting such a business that has such terrible customer service, and treats people of my age, like children and incompetent human beings.

Even though im Charlotte native I have never been to this location. My go to chili’s closed so I have been looking for a replacement. The fajitas were awesome. We only had one minor incident but the manager was quick to provide a resolution and explanation. I will definitely go back again

Went to Chili’s around 10pm with my friend and we got some veggie burgers. They tasted a little bit dry, but the patty was pretty good! We tried a margarita and a salad, and overall had a great time! The server was so fun, we really liked her!
