I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s still one of my absolute favorite hot pot spots. The meats are always fresh & menu selection is huge with lots of veggies & seafood as well . The all-you-can-eat is unbeatable for the price and the service has always been consistently great. friendly, fast, and attentive. Aki never disappoints!

Great price for hot pot & 90 min is enough! I went with my husband for lunch and every single person working here is so kind and attentive. I will def come back. The food selection was also great for the price spent $80 for two including 2 alcoholic drinks. They give you ice cream after your done too.

We came here on Saturday around 5:40pm and the restaurant wasn’t too busy. We got table right away. Order was easy. Food took a bit of time to get ready as we ordered for 4 people at once. Almost everything was good. The squid was too chewy than normal fresh squid, so I was unsure of its quality. The soup base flavor was simple and didn’t stand out much. There is a sauce bar at the end that you can mix up some stuff as you go. Staffs are friendly. Restaurant was clean. Good price for all you can eat.

Poor food presentation. Servers were more interested in eating their lunch when they opened. Only one waitress was walking around refilling water. No one asked if we wanted to order more at an ayce. Not that it was an issue because everything just tastes bland, including the broth. Chili oil tasted like it was made for dimsum and not hotpot. On the website, it explained using chive sauce for a traditional hotpot sauce. Which sounded interesting, but they didn’t even have it at the sauce bar.

Amazing service, and value. The staff was so super helpful, and the experience was thrilling. Make sure to keep your hot pot temperature regulated, set some of the cooked stuff to the side to cool off so you don’t burn your mouth The fatty beef is just thin steak.

A decent spot for an AYCE hot pot. Decent selection of items and everything came out very quickly. The sauce bar was kind of lackluster with a very limited choice. The quality of the items we selected was pretty fresh and good. We came around after lunch to avoid any rush so the restaurant wasn’t as packed and fairly quiet.

Our 2nd time eating here and we love it & it’s our fave hot pot place we’ve ever had. The food is so fresh and the service is so good. Constantly checking in, refilling broth, getting orders out quick. You have 90 minutes to eat but I’ve been to hot pot places that start to phase you out of ordering early but not Aki. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely delicious! Gotta try it. Yeap you make your own soup but holy smokes it’s delicious. You can order as many meats as you want and then the veggies in the side. There’s a table on the back with condiments and rice for any you might need for your soup. Both is always being refilled throughout your stay. I would say there’s room for improvement with the service at the table. We constantly had to get her attention for extra meats and anything else we needed. She was always on her phone or talking to the other waiters but not focused on the tables. The food and variety though is really good.
