Pretty solid store. I dont usually have any issues when we come here. Clean, fast and friendly staff. One of the better taco bells I’ve been to. 4 stars out of 5. Edit: went here and got a crunchwrap. There was little to no meat in it. Just a shell and tons of lettuce. Disappointing visit.

We took the drive through. My sister loved the food. The aroma added to the Atmosphere. GIVE MARY PORTER A RAISE. They were so kind and my sister absolutely DEVOURED the food. I would always reccomend this place to anyone in mt washington. I just cant get over how good the nacho fries and dorito loco tacos were!

Never had anything bad to say about this place but guess it only takes 1 person to do it. Ordered the 10 piece nugget and get to the window I asked the guy if I could have honey mustard and ranch for the chicken ( 10 piece comes with 2 sauce cups) a lady in the back of the restaurant yelled extremely loud and said was not allowed to have 2 sauce cups only 1, when I questioned she become irate and continued to yell at the guy serving me and disrespected me and the worker serving me. I don’t appreciate being disrespected and if you’re going to yell atleast make sure you’re right on whether I get 1 or 2 cups. I respect fast food workers and all they have to deal with but when I’m nothing but respectful and they feel the need to take their anger out on me and the worker that did nothing wrong that’s a problem. If she is a manager talking to her employees like that and customers that’s not acceptable.

I love the taco bell in Mount Washington , the prices here are cheaper than most other locations I’ve been to. Not sure why but I won’t complain. The food is always hot and the employees are nice.

I ordered two dipping steak burritos and three nacho fries ask for no nacho cheese but I ended up with a whole bunch of nacho cheese and minus one steak dipping burrito and you can’t call them this made me very unhappy considering this is my first meal of the day at 11:13 p.m.

Management fail. They WILL NOT take your order inside the dining room. They MAKE you use the kiosk to order. It’s happened to me 3 times within a couple of months. Some of us want to order the traditional way.

I don’t ever leave reviews, but this place did it for me. I went there an hour ago, and had to deal with the worst staff ever. I grew up always having bad stutters. It’s my biggest insecurity, so I put in a mobile order hoping to not to talk a lot. However when I pulled up to the intercom telling them I have a mobile order Josh I stuttered. They had me repeat it four more times. I can hear the woman that took my mobile order, and other girls laughing. Their laughter is still echoing in my ears. I was debating on leaving, but my blood sugar was low so I had to stay. When I got up there a younger girl laughingly said “Josh” ? I just nod my head hoping not to speak. When she turned around she loudly said “The Josh guy is also bald” I’ve never felt so embarrassed. It felt like High school all over again. The cherry on top a 35-40 year old woman gave me my food and said “here you go J..J..JJJ.Josh”. I left that place in tears. If my blood sugar wasn’t dropping I would’ve left. The food was still good though. Late crew needs to go.

Had 3 different orders for separate people. Told us we could only order 2 per car. Proceeded to tell us that multiple times. Were upset because they had to actually do their jobs.
Gave us 1 sauce packet for a bunch of tacos. Gave us the wrong drink and left a couple items out. Will not be back at this location. Get some better night shift staff who don’t hate their lives.

Mt Washington is STILL the worst place to stop for food! Seems like that “reaper” burrito would have had some kind of spicy to it, NONE. I thought the tomatoes were peppers until I got a good look. Not sure what was going on with the taco meat in my soft taco but, it must have changed since I worked there. Looked weird and tasted weird… To top it all off, they gave me 1/2 an order of nacho fries and almost 1/2 a cheese cup…
