This has been my preferred location, I don’t know what happened! For the last couple months, every order I’ve placed has either been missing items or made wrong (eg asked for no tomatoes but got three big slices of tomato accounting for at least 1/3 of the whole wrap…) 3+ delivery orders have been missing a whole smoothie or food . Pick up order missing items and made wrong
On top of that, someone answers the phone and says they’ll refund you, but never actually inform their manager so it’s never processed.
The guy I’ve seen at the counter is really friendly and helpful, but what is going on guys?? I’m paying way too much for y’all to get it so wrong and not take accountability.

I went to Tropical Smoothie Cafe and honestly it was a solid experience. The smoothies were fresh and actually tasted like real fruit, not overly artificial. The food came out pretty fast and everything was made correctly. Staff was decent and the place was clean. Not life changing but definitely a reliable spot if you want something quick that still feels a little healthier than fast food.

I had an amazing experience at Tropical Smoothie today, largely thanks to an employee named Rylee. From the moment I walked in, her sweet and welcoming demeanor made the visit exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, guiding me through various options with ease. It’s rare to find someone so new who knows everything so well! Beyond her expertise, Rylee’s beautiful personality shined through, making the whole interaction a delight. I highly recommend visiting and asking for Rylee; she truly enhances the Tropical Smoothie experience. Also, if you’re looking for a great drink, I took Rylee’s suggestion and tried the Island Green smoothie, and it was delicious!

I purchase smoothies almost everyday. At least 5 times a week. I either get it delivered to my school or if I am home sick I have it delivered at home or I go to the drive thru. ALL EMPLOYEES ARE FREAKING AMAZING. I get upset sometimes because I develop a relationship with someone (I’ve been coming here fore years) and find out that they have moved to another location. But what’s amazing about the ford rd location is; ever single person that they have trained is always on point with my order, no mistakes, friendly, professional, and always helpful. I order from this place and honor of my way to come here even though there is a closer smoothie by my house. I go where I am appreciated and treated with kindness. I feel like I matter here and that I am not just another order. Great job. Here are my daily orders: detox with energizer, fat burner, spinach and kale super pack, chia seed, whey protein, collagen, double honey double blended. I also order: açaí berry boost with energizer, fat burner, white chocolate , chia seed, whey protein, collagen. They always give me the extra and usually remembers my orders. I love it here!!!

This was my first time at this specific tropical smoothie and the service was amazing my smoothie was everything I wanted and needed Rylee was my server / smoothie tender she was so sweet and helped me decide which smoothie I wanted. Other customer service workers should be taking notes. I felt bad asking for recommendations but Rylee didn’t seem at all bothered by my questions she had a bright smile and ended up giving me the best smoothie I’ve ever had

One and only time at a Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Took 5 minutes to order, no one in line in front of me and 2 cars in thr dri e thru. As the next 15 mins progressed, I was asked repeatedly if the next smoothie was mine. None were. I left to go get my food from next store, which was cold by now. When I returned I was asked with a new smoothie “is this one yours?” Again no. I went to my car. Sat for a minute, turned around went inside and said to forget it, save the fruit, my lunch was done. Paid, tipped, got nothing. As I was walking out she yelled to me “its in the blender now!” I hope someone got to enjoy it. If you have to go here, order way, WAY in advance online.

This location is fast and efficient. The team is great, especially zee. I love that i can place an order and get it through the drive through within minutes. Keep up the good work! I will definitely be coming by more often.
