I’ve been here once before I went through the drive thru the first time. This time I went inside of the restaurant. I got a order of mozzarella sticks 4 and a original chicken sandwich and a big fish combo. I live down the street like a mile from here. I ate my mozzarella sticks on my way home delicious I didn’t know that I received the marinara sauce until I saw it in the bottom of my bag. I was going to get sprite for my drink in my cup until I saw root beer regular flavor and vanilla available for a mix. I also got a survey on my receipt for a free whopper. I visited on 1-18-2026 the food is made fresh to order. Definitely not the trip not a disappointment.

First, I stopped going to this location a while ago because they seemed to never have anything. Once you got to the window, they would quickly say all of the menu items that were out of stock. Plus, they were never ready to take orders very early when they first opened. They would say they will be open in 15 minutes yet the sign said they should be open.
Anyway, I went there yesterday just to get a soda. I thought that was simple enough to handle but…NOT. Got to the speaker to order a cherry Coke and was told to drive around. There were at least 2, maybe 3, cars ahead of me. When I got to the window where you pay and get your order, the lady told me they only have Coke. I told her I didn’t want that and she kinda rolled her eyes and looked away with an attitude. At that point, I drove off.
The audacity. They wasted my time by having me sit in the lunch line for something I couldn’t get but she caught an attitude when I wouldn’t just get a Coke, probably because they thought I would just get the Coke and they get my money but, I wanted what I wanted.
I’m going back to not returning to this location. There are others that are way more professional, positive, and service-oriented. This location is not one of them.

Had n excellent experience here tonight. Got a shake and chicken fries for my wife and I. The shakes were stirred with love wne the young woman at the drive through window was very kind and respectful. Did not expect this level of service at a Burger King especially at the 10pm. I’ll definitely be back!

This location has fallen off terribly walked in and Noticed frys on tables floors dirty manager has no hair net on employees just walking around texing on the phone but I see why because as u can she this lady is Cleary on her phone and she sees the old fry that’s in front of her which was there when I walked in but didn’t bother to clean up cause her phone call was more important ok burger king yall need to do better this is unacceptable store needs to reevaluated not to mentionno hair net and on phine wit back turned to customers

I literally went out of my way and made a U-turn to go to this location due to my pregnant wife craving Burger King on my way home from work and If I could, I would give this location zero stars because the lack of paying attention to detail when a request that someone is paying for was clearly ignored and for you to have it correct on the receipt but wrong physically is crazy. Didn’t bother to turn back around. Didn’t bother to call anybody because clearly the person heard me over the speaker in order to even put it on the receipt . Food put in a bag super sloppy. And before Anyone just says it was because of my attitude that was not the case came in with no explanations and a good attitude because I wouldn’t want anyone to do anything crazy to my food but damn not even decent customer service but lesson learned

Ordered my food, went to use the restroom, and they were both out of order. I asked the cashier, and he said “They’re broke.” Who wants to eat where they can’t wash up? I asked for a refund, and the cashier said “We don’t give refunds.” I ordered my burger with no mayo, which my receipt confirms, but got EXTRA mayo. I go to this location almost weekly, and usually get good service at the drive-thru, but this was the worst!

Drive thru not working and even with me telling her at the window she still got my order wrong.. sweet tea taste like the metal container and hot. I asked for chicken fries and she gave me reg but still gave me bbq sauce only thing I could eat was that little ahhh whopper jr which look like it need to be in a Barbie kitchen.. HORRIBLE!!!!

Dine-In. Short Version: Clean restaurant and attentive staff, best one so far!
Long Version: Ordered at the counter using a coupon alongside some changes. The woman running the register gave us no issues and when getting my coffee clarified if I wanted sugar or sweetener. Tables were clean without a sign of past guests. Sat down at a table by the window and everything was in the bag without asking; 2 of each jelly for the croissant sandwiches, ketchup for hash browns, stir stick for coffee and napkins. Absolutely perfect. Only sandwich I didn’t have to rearrange because the bacon was placed on one side.

NEVER order via the app unless you are in the parking lot and know the store is open. At least the app refunded my money instantly. If only it could refund me of my waisted time
