We stopped here on our way to a baby shower. Went to usethe bathroom an ive been in truck stop bathrooms cleaner than this. We ordered our food an left an its a good thing we did. Because the food was absolute shit!! The mcdoubles had a gallon a piece of ketchup on them probably trying to hide the fact the patties where made last week. The mcchicken was stale an just horrible. The only reason the fries tasted ok was i watched them make them fresh. This place should be shut down dont go even the health inspector doesnt go here. There was also a sign to call in complaints i left a message an still havent heard back from them.

We went through the drive thru, couldn’t read the electronic menu due to malfunction so we went inside to find the inside menu was malfunctioning as well. I do not like the self service kiosk, it doesn’t appear to have all the items on the menu. I did see a small special sign in front of cashier for a buffalo sauce burger meal but was covered with other things no price was seen. Dining area was decent.

I went inside after the whole drive-through had cleared out and it didn’t seem like anybody else was there and I just wanted to make sure that I wasn’t forgotten and as soon as I walked in, I guess somebody had walked out with my food and I had turned around because who I was speaking to said that they were walking in with my food, and the lady copped an attitude. Completely unnecessary. I just wanted to make sure I was not forgotten. Lose the attitude if you wanna work in fast food

I stop here often and haven’t always had the best service in the past however today it was totally different. The drive through line moved quickly and efficiently. Both employees that were working the drive through were exceptionally nice . Wanted to give them a well deserved shout out (visit was 9/6/25 at 12:30 ). Great job!!!

They do not know how to read the screens they never fully put an order you will always be missing one item and i call them to complain he said no need to be rude and hung up. It’s not being rude it’s being frustrated that what I paid for I didn’t receive

Of I could give negatives I would. Pulled in drive thru. Menu screen doesn’t even work and told them but she never got back with me on the speaker. Also when I have ordered it takes too long im drive thru. It’s ridiculous and I would never recommend and I will never go back

I haven’t eaten at McDonald’s in so long and avoid it if I possible!! And for some really unknown reason I was craving McDonald’s one night.. So my nephew and I went to town picked up 35$$s of fast food and came home.. It smelled so good I couldn’t wait!! Three bites in this is what I found and I got sick.. Took it back and they replaced the cost of my burger with even up shakes the 3rd one I had to pay for!! I felt like I should’ve been compensated more than two medium shakes!! I do not get around very well without help and I’d already made across town once about 11 miles round trip.. I make it up my steps and inside only to discover my burger was COLD, RAW and NASTY!! I’m in tears another trip to town.. And all I got was several days of feeling almost paralyzed and 2 medium shakes that were pretty good!! I mean is it possible to mess ice cream up!! IT WILL BE A LONG, LONG, LONG TIME BEFORE I EAT AT MCDONALD’S ANYWHERE!! I’ve been told I should hire an attorney and I am seriously considering it have even researched attorneys in this area.. I’ve decided to hire help in this matter!! AND make no mistake I DID NOT get this burger in Wagoner I received this burger going through the drive through at the McDonald’s in Tahlequah!!

I came in for an interview and was rescheduled for the next day because no one could interview me, the next day I came in and waited over and hour for my interview to last 1 minute and the manager was rude,I go here all the time and they forget my items wish I could give wagoner as a city a 1 star!
