I’ve been here several times for the seafood boil and it’s always good. staff is friendly and price is reasonable. atmosphere is very chill. definitely get the garlic noodles as a side!
only reason I deducted a star is because I picked up 2 orders of garlic noodles with shrimp (+4.50) and there were only 3 shrimps!!! come on. if I’d known, I would’ve just gotten 1 order of garlic noodles and a 1/2 pound of shrimp to split between the 2 of us.

Omggggg Affordable DELICIOUS SEA FOOD….. they give you a good portion size for the amount of dollar and they’re located in Oakland not far from Lakemerrit. Their food has 3-4 different spice levels as well as a Rocking Sauce and garlic sauce, they also sale Buffalo wings, chicken strips, Cajun waffle fries, and sweet potatoe fries for none seafood eaters, they’re a MUST GO TO IF IN THE AREA. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A1 TOO!! TRY THEM OUT!

Look, I know it’s called the Rockin Crawfish, but you don’t have to get the crawfish. Their shrimp and crab were better. Crawfish felt like it was just difficult and for not much meat. Rest of the food and place were great though.

Initially the venue seemed to be quite busy, for what I don’t know. The server never even itroduced herself and asked what was our order. In addition, she didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the menu options. The appetizer were hot and fresh ….. the meal went downward from there. The corn and sausages were overcooked, the mussels didn’t taste fresh ,and the shrimp wasn’t deveined.

They used to be the spot with consistent flavorful sauces and quality of seafood. The last couple years they’ve become pretty inconsistent of being good to super watered down. The last visit seems or tasted like they changed their recipe. The crawdads we got this order were perfect though, large good head butter and some have hella eggs. The shrimp is shrimp, they always tell us they don’t have head on shrimp or they do (some waiters sometimes tell us they never serve headed shrimp). The clams we got this time tasted like the frozen ones.
Def get a side of rice and scoop some of the sauce with a spoon full of rice to absorb all that flavor.
