Excellent Experience at Papa Ray’s Pizza!
I had dinner today at Papa Ray’s Pizza with my daughters and sister, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious — every bite was full of flavor and made fresh. The staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere for us to enjoy our meal. We all had a great time and truly enjoyed ourselves.

Its good food, what more can you ask? Its a perfect business for the Fountain Square area and is well worth a visit if you are in town. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and you can always find something good to eat. Make sure to grab the chocolate cake!

Last night my partner and I drove 25 minutes to Papa Ray’s because this was one of the only places open late. I had just finished a 12 hour shift and was extremely exhausted, so this was not a quick or easy trip.
We placed a full order, including a cheese steak and fries for me and several items for my partner. We paid and were told the wait would be about 10 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes, we were informed they did not have the ingredients to make the cheese steak. I do not understand why the order was accepted and payment taken for an item they could not make, or why it took that long to tell us.
When we asked to cancel my item, we were told there are no refunds. That left us forced to accept a substitute we did not want for a mistake that was not ours. What I received was served on pita bread and resembled a gyro, with mostly peppers and onions and very little steak. I ended up paying for food I could not eat.
The issue was not just the wait. It was the lack of communication, poor inventory awareness, and refusal to correct an error after taking payment. That shows a lack of basic customer service and accountability. I will not be returning.

Those guys are really cool and hard working. They offer great convenience being open until 2:00 am. Any requests is executed without fuss. They’re awesome! I highly recommended this place.

I ordered a slice of pizza and soda combo that they had on the menu and also ordered garlic knots. I was very pleasantly surprised by the portion size! The pizza and soda combo was under $7 dollars and the slice of pizza was huge! The garlic knots were on the smaller sided compared to others I have had but the smallest order had many knots and they were really good! My daughter had the mac and cheese and said it was really good too! The picture doesn’t do it justice!

Have consistently stopped by for food over the last half year or so. Each meal has been clean, best fresh, and worth what I’ve paid. Pizza sizes do seem to be dough-portion based, and those monster slices can be enough for two folks to share. Staff has been attentive about food restrictions and ensuring we get everything at the same time.
