I never give Review but. The truth is that I hadn’t eaten at a McDonald’s that really tasted like McDonald’s for years. EVERYTHING absolutely everything was as it had to be, the hamburger delivered on time and very hot as it should be, as McDonald’s was before. And the potatoes God, God bless those potatoes and the manager of this store who returned the taste of McDonald’s that he had not eaten for years. Thank you, thank you. FINALLY the McDonald’s flavor that I love so much is back. You don’t know how happy I was eating in this place is all I needed.

this mcdonalds location and the workers are absolutely horrible, the work efficiency is absolutely terrible there is no good interaction i have ever had at this mcdonalds I have had a worker ASK ME TO COME INSIDE because I asked for a second to look at the menu in the drive thru , workers clearly look miserable and treat the customers the exact same way , any other mcdonalds makes me feel welcomed and I have no issues yeah its a mcdonalds im not asking for perfection but im asking you to not have an attitude when taking my order and giving me my things leaving me wondering at the window because they have 0 greeting or exit sentence to let me know they gave me all the food ive had absolutely horrible horrible horrible- go to absolutely any other mcdonalds no one here has the work motivation to deserve this job. be better so we get better.

I come here every week. The staff are always nice to me and helpful, especially the manager Billy! He knows me by name and my order by heart. He is great and I only come to this McDonald’s because of the service I get from him and the staff!

Just went through the drive through and completely ignored. Another driver pulls up to the drive through box on the far outside a minute afterwards and gets their order taken. Terrible service.

Terrible experience they don’t check the bag before they hang it out to you, was missing half my order and they were just sitting at the window with my order ready, missing items. Drove all the way home to be disappointed. Lazy workers

**why do I keep given them chances? They can’t even get the simplest items rights lunch time. Hamburger no onions, ok let’s make a burger with two tops and soak with ketchup and mustard, maybe throw a handful of pickles on it for good measure.
***another episode… Went yesterday during lunch time. Fries were over done, nuggets were ok and the hamburger… Only half a piece meat. Someone literally made this burger and thought it was good to sell*****Update. Still horrible. They ripped down the stinky building but the service still stinks. Ordered a diet Coke, got regular Coke. When I asked the (obviously poorly trained employee) is this diet I got “uhm, like I think so”… Seriously?? Then I’m told “I’m not sure what the kitchen is doing, I hope they’re making your food” when I asked to recap my special order (bacon and cheese on a English muffin. Still horrid******** Worst McDonald’s in Mandarin! I don’t get how the owner let’s this poor service continue. Food is always old, cold and wrong. They re-fry the fries to warm them up, or at least that it’s how it seems. This is nasty! Their employees appear to not care and are rude. They should take a page from Chik Fil A. **Decided to give them another try yesterday. Big mistake… Hit drive thru at 10:55am and took a minute to get someone on the speaker. When she did answer it was “what’s your order”, no welcome or anything. On top of that when I asked if they were still on breakfast or lunch I was told “breakfast” and lunch would be 5 minutes. The store was dead, empty parking lot and drive thru. From what I understand lunch is supposed to begin at 10:30 Monday through Saturday. Another fail… If I could I would give them 0 stars! This place is horrible compared to other chains and bad even when compared to other McDonald’s stores. **Last and final straw** went today and ordered two meals for lunch. Got a Coke and Diet Coke to go with them. Got to the window and the lady hands me two drinks, one Coke and the other.. well let’s say brown water. I asked what it was and I’m told “we out of diet”… Again I asked “what’s in MY cup?”… I’m told “machine made it, what’s else you want?”… My God man, tell me you’re out of diet, apologize and offer something else. Good thing I checked the cup before I left. The lady knew exactly what happened and that she handed me water with some residual syrup. Bad form guys! I called the local Corp office and offered my feedback. Today was my last visit to this store. **Went to see if my feedback made a difference, nope! I posted pics of my food. Waited 30+ minutes for cold dried out fries, nasty burger WITH the onions I asked them to leave off (and the receipt says as well.) This isn’t owned by DCCLEE anymore, new owner either doesn’t care or has no idea how to run the franchise.

Age 76 here. This is my go-to McDonald’s, usually for breakfast. I dine in – never have used the drive-through – and, overall, I’m satisfied. I believe that it’s true that since the Pandemic, fast food joints, including this one, realized that ghost restaurants make more money. So, they discourage dine-ins by not staffing the front counter like they used to. I place my order through the app, but I feel sorry for other older customers who wait and wait for someone to come out, or who struggle with the kiosks. It’s true that they have one manager who can be testy, but most of the staff is pleasant and accommodating.

The only thing worth The 1 star i had to pick is The drinks are always right. The food is always greasy or wrong. Or both……The customer service sometimes is okay. Not everyone there is rude. This is a photo of my burger. It is greasier more than it is cooked. Raw burger. Im afraid to eat it. That ring around the bun is grease and all over the bag. The fries were bland no salt. Its like our burgers were dipped in grease. We go because it is so close to home. But this is the icing on the cake. I am going to drive a few miles down the road just to avoid this location. Never going there again!!!
