Went here for dinner – had never been to a Red Robbin before. Our server was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Everything was served quickly and the items on their menu are reasonably priced. Great for families. They have a kids menu with activities to enjoy while they’re waiting for their meal. I would definitely come back.

This Red Robin is the best! Came here on Sunday. They were pretty busy so we waited for about 10 minutes to get seated. The staff were super friendly. The food came out fast and it was delicious! Our server Emily was really nice. She kept checking up on us and making sure we were ok. It was a really good experience.

This was a great place to grab a burger after going to a show at the village crossing AMC theater. The staff there were very friendly, accommodating, and we received our order quickly. They have a great selection of beer and wine. The burgers and sweet potato fries were fantastic.

Regan was awesome, I STORNGLY recommend this place implements an employee of the month program, and awards Regan the employee of the month for the inaugural award. Good service. Got there early. So restaurant very empty. Good came out about 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately chips were cold and fries were warm. Bottomless fries, was able to switch to the garlic fries. Not what I expected. They were ok. Very greasy, could have used some minced garlic or garlic powder even. But they were greasy. Slivers of Parmesan added flavor. Very greasy. Royal burger was good. Egg sunny side up was probably steamed, missing crispy edges.

I had been a loyal customer of this Red Robin for over a year and a half. I used to visit every week, sometimes even 2 or 3 times a week with my family or friends. I always enjoyed the food, but after my last experience, I will never return to this location again.
On October 14th, I visited with a friend who was there for the first time. I ordered a 22oz Blue Moon, and the glass wasn’t filled to the top like I usually request. When I politely asked for it to be filled fully, the server said she couldn’t do it. Then a woman who seemed to be the manager (she never identified herself) came to our table with a rude, arrogant, and unprofessional attitude. Instead of listening or trying to help, she simply said, “It can’t be done, that’s how it’s served,” in a very disrespectful tone.
This is not about the beer; it’s about how customers are treated. A manager should know how to speak to people with respect and professionalism, not arrogance. Very disappointing experience and terrible customer service. I will be taking my business to another Red Robin that values its customers.

I was headed home early from work and decided to stop by Red Robbin for a bite to eat. I entered and was greeted immediately. I asked if I could get crayons and the kids paper activity sheet to pass the time while I waited for my food. It wasn’t a problem and I was seated. The server was nice and quick. Placed my order and started doing the puzzles on the sheet. I found the burgers, solved a few of the scrambled letter food menu items, colored the dinosaur, and my food arrived. Almost had to dislocate my jaw to bite into my burger. Food was packed with flavor. Enjoyed every bite. I was checked up on a few times to make sure everything was good, and it was. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good burger.

A nice chain burger joint. I like that there are NOT tvs everywhere (mostly in bar area) so it is possible to have conversations with your tablemates while you are dining. However, they do have those intrusive iPads for ordering, payment and games on each table – but you can turn them to face the wall!

Wanted to give this Red Robin a good review mainly because of how seriously they take food allergies. All allergens are available online, and our server often double-checks to make sure food would be suitable for us. There is a clear system in the kitchen to identify plates for those with allergies as well, and the manager has always been a delight when speaking to us.
As a special note, we came upon the restaurant and saw they had a special craft table for kids, mine loved it and it was a great way to keep them occupied while waiting for food.
