First time visit and was happy with lunch. The interior is lovely, much more inviting than the outside looks!
I had the daily special- cod fish sandwich and chips. It was really delicious! Friendly service too. Highly recommend this spot

We finally got the chance to visit The Pour House Restaurant after driving by a few times, always leaving by every parking spot being filled. Fortunately, we found ourselves in the area after the lunch rush, and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the inviting atmosphere.
The service was exceptional—friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We were seated in a clean dining room that exuded a warm, romantic vibe, perfect for a leisurely meal. The menu was filled with a variety of exciting options, making it tough to decide what to order!
Our food arrived quickly, which was impressive given how busy they were. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Each dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, showcasing the freshness of the ingredients.
Although we don’t drink, we couldn’t help but notice their nice bar and enticing drink specials, which looked fantastic and would appeal to anyone looking for a refreshing beverage.
We can’t wait to go back and explore more of the menu! To avoid the busy lunch rush, we’ll definitely aim for a late lunch next time. Highly recommend The Pour House Restaurant for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!

Everything about The Pour House is amazing! We were just passing through and didn’t have any real expectations aside from getting something to eat. The food at The Pour House is fantastic! The Deadhead black bean burger tastes like it was handmade (not prepackaged and pumped full of preservatives). It was fresh and delicious, and so were the fries. Everything was cooked to perfection. They also have an extensive and creative drink menu.
We were seated right away, the host was very friendly, the wait staff were very professional. We were waited on right away, and the food was delivered in an expedited manner. The atmosphere is posh and polished, but incredibly comfortable. They have bar and table seating.
The Pour House Restaurant is a wonderful place for a quick stop, night out, or a place to celebrate an event. Highly, highly recommended.

Great eating so we stopped here for lunch. Had a very efficient waitress & nice recommendation.
The cubano was as good as I have had anywhere. The chips were okay, just a bit overdone.
But the coconut shrimp bowl was super tasty.
Had a taste of this as my wife had trouble finishing all of it!
I’d go back for the food & atmosphere.

You may have heard that expectation is the thief of joy, that could be why we were so pleased…we had no expectations. We went hiking one day and did 7 miles in the woods. On the way home it was getting late and we were starving. My wife looked up “restaurants near Crossville” and The Pour House caught her eye. She said “they have fish n chips” (one of my favorites) and I said “I’m in”. So when we pulled up and I saw the building, I was very unsure if this would be a good experience. The parking lot was fairly crowded though, so I still had hope. When we walked in the lighting and the seating did look somewhat nicer than I expected. The service was good not great at first, but ended wonderfully. I guess we just needed to bond. The hostess was sort of bland and lifeless, but not rude. More than all though is the food tasted absolutely amazing and the experience ended up being a 10 out of 10. My wife ordered coconut shrimp salad of some type, we ordered the corn dip (delicious), and my fish n chips were crispy, full of flavor, and perfect. We finished the meal with a crème brûlée that was delightful. We now consider this place a destination restaurant where we would not mind driving one and a half to two hours just to eat there

This is a great find for us. Coming from other areas that have great restaurants where Crossville is limited, this place is great! The atmosphere is fun, the food is good. They have a great menu. The service is good. They have a large bar where you can eat at the bar. If you live in the area or are passing through, don’t miss out on this little gem. It is in the heart of downtown Crossville.

The Pour House has an unbeatable atmosphere, thanks to its welcoming staff and lively vibe. But let’s talk about those Brussels sprouts—I’m convinced they might be the best I’ve ever had! Crispy, flavorful, and downright addictive. This place nails both the energy and the food. Can’t wait to go back!

Jason the bartender was great, we came back a second time and sat at the bar again. Carolina smash buger and the chicken gnocchi is great. Got the Miami Cubano and chips and Salmon with Brussels sprouts and asparagus. All was excellent!¡!

Great food!! The atmosphere is unmatched in Crossville. Service is great, too. Food came out quickly as well. Their smoked old fashioned is as good as you’ll get anywhere, and we travel all over the country. The Miami Cuban isn’t on Cuban bread, but it’s a pretty good substitute for the real thing (I am a Tampa native).

The food here was amazing and it was a good price, as well. We had burger & fries and shrimp & grits and would get both again. The smoked old-fashioned came in a unique presentation. Ask for Jo for your server! She embodies Southern hospitality and kindness, and she was extremely attentive to our needs. Jo made a great dining experience even greater.
