The breakfast we had was just average. We each had a gluten free pancake, which was terrible. But what caused me to give a 1 star for service, only leave a 10% tip, and actually write a note on the recent was the rude, rushed service given by our middle aged, short blonde haired waitress. I worked as a waiter for 3 years and it is not very often in a review that I am inclined to comment on the server, but, this must be said so that management can correct the behavior. Our breakfast was served on 2 plates each. At least three times, with food still on the plate, we were curtly asked if she could clear the plate. Literally halfway through our meal she dropped off the check and actually said “I’ll take this when you are ready. No hurry” . We’ll, obviously she was in a big darn hurry! I have never felt so rushed or felt that I needed to finish up and get the hell off her station. Just the worst experience! We will never visit this franchise again.

Appearance: Appetizing and juicy.
Taste: Exquisite. The chicken is tender, the sauce is flavorful, and the tomatoes and spinach complement each other perfectly.
YT CF Restaurant: The atmosphere is cozy, and the service is attentive. The staff is polite and professional. The place is clean and comfortable.
Overall impression: Excellent!
Recommendation: Definitely try it! You won’t regret it!

We went on a Monday with friends before an event. Called ahead and were told they weren’t busy and seating wasn’t a problem. Arrived and were told she was confused and made a mistake but if we waited 20 mins. We’d be seated. After 30 mins we were seated and we ordered quickly. 30 mins later no food or appetizers. Had to call the waiter over to ask about food. At 45 mins we spoke to the waitress and the manger and told them we had an event .
No one apologized but they said it would be there in 5 minutes. The food arrived 25 mins later as we were getting up to leave. The manager never apologized, offer to box the food or even comp our drinks from our nearly 2 hour wait. The waitress was annoyed and couldn’t understand why we couldn’t eat in 5 mins. The decor was nice, but the service and friendliness were non existent. I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be going back.

We asked for a table upstairs and a front desk girl nicely went up and checked for us. It took a long time to get our food except my lentil soup. Appletini was good but Cod was basically tasteless and sweet potato fries were cold. I had half sandwich and soup at Mayfield and it was fine, so maybe it is safer to stay with it.

Food was very good. Got the chicken noodle soup and would definitely get again. The turkey club is huge and tasty. Chicken sandwich and fried artichokes were also yummy. I would order them again also. Service unfortunately wasn’t very friendly or fast. No refills on drinks and kinda rude at one point. The server did become more friendly once things settled down.

I stopped at this quaint lil diner on a recommendation. Let me say it was off the charts. I had Emily as my Server, and she was so helpful and kind. She made the experience amazing. I had their Hot Buffalo Chicken wrap and it was excellent great heat and flavor for the sauce and the portion was on point. This is a must stop when in the area

Recently moved here and called in an order for carryout breakfast on a Sunday. The meal I ordered had pancakes. When I went in to pick it up, I asked if there was syrup and butter with the pancakes and she said oh absolutely. When I got home, no pancakes no syrup no butter. I called and spoke with the manager who said he would refund me the difference of the cost of what the pancakes were and I would see it on my debit card. One week later and nothing. I get that people make mistakes but when a restaurant manager doesn’t follow up on what they say they’re going to do that’s when it makes you feel like never going back never going to try again!!!!

I am born and raised in Chagrin Falls. I have been dining at YT CF since it opened (1980?). I had THE best Tuscan Chicken Dinner last night and the manager in the sharp blue shirt and tie was probably the nicest manager of all the YTs and I’ve been to several. Thank you for a pleasant evening

For this meal, our service was perfect, friendly and efficient, food was just ok. In general, we love YT CF and would especially recommend it for breakfast and for atmosphere. A group of 6 we all ordered salads for dinner. One Cobb, excellent, one Lite chicken and salad plate, very good, 3 other big salads complained of their lettuce being too wet which made their dressing watery and an overall disappointing salad experience. One chicken walnut salad with fruit was good. Hope to have a better experience next time!
