Literally just stopped here on my way to work order messed up I call as I’m getting on the highway to inform them the female who answered says can you call back after 3pm manager isn’t here mind you it’s 2:50pm 02/12/26 I ask her name she hangs up. If you don’t like your job stay home give it to someone with better customer service and who wants to work not someone who is standing around in drive thru drinking the freezes and soda literally gave me a cup of nacho cheese and I also ordered something with no beans and it has beans on it I can’t have anything spicy and they give 9 packets of something I didn’t ask for entire order is wrong what a joke definitely don’t recommend this location

One of the worst experiences, we have had going to this restaurant. We asked for no onions on the bean burritos. they had onions they also had lettuce and tomato, which i’ve never seen, you could tell the food had been under the wormer forever because the tortillas were just falling apart. I ordered a steak crunchwrap, and my tortilla was so stale that it just fell apart.

Taco Bell used to be my favorite fast food go-to restaurant. Lately they keep changing the menu and now don’t have my go-to combos anymore( burrito supreme combo or the nacho bell grande combo). It was great when they brought back the decade’s menu. I really enjoyed the tostadas and meximelts. I used to eat Taco Bell about 3 times a week. Now I can’t find anything on the menu that I like so I don’t eat there very often if at all. I wish they would stop changing the menu all the time. It’s sad to say but I’ll be looking for a new go-to fast food restaurant.

The place is absolutely filthy. The tables and seats had not been wiped off and the floor had not been swept or mopped in a long time. Even the windows were nasty. If the public areas look like that, what does the kitchen look like? Will not go back.

Last week I was given the wrong taco ( that sorta thing can ) I came back a week later and the manager working the late night shift I think? He was a older gentleman but was just incredibly nice and understanding! I would eat there again because great service

AI on drive thru taking the orders It was pushy and impatient. My favorite part was being given my 2 sauce packets in my bag and asking for 4 more and then handed 4 with one open and all over my hand by the rest person at the window.

This woman was very rude. Outrageous teenager being very obnoxious. I asked her if it was my food and she said no… She went outside for five minutes and then came back in and said it was my fault because they didn’t put a name on it… Rude teenager who yelled at me when I told the manager I even asked her if it was my food. The entire thing was a fiasco where they made me park and wait 15 minutes!

We odered 2 items items. The employee said ok to both items repeated them. It was faint but enough to hear. It sounded like he said pull around but who knows because he has 0 edicate over the intercom and again you could faintly hear him. We sat in the line for a solid 15 minutes. We get to the window the same gentleman apparently failed to take our order and canceled it claiming we drove away. We sat 15 minutes in a backed up one way line! Where were we going to drive to. Card in hand we asked to resubmit it he told us to pull around and reorder and gave us a hard time saying it was the only way. We asked to speak with a manager, he said he was in charge of the store. If he is… find a new leadership because he is not a fit and certainly not customer oriented. Maybe learn to not mumble in a microphone as well.

When I order my food online because I’m in a hurry, I expect it to be ready. They pulled three of us over just to help their drive-through time and when it’s ordered ahead of time, I definitely don’t expect to be pulled all the way around. Thank you
