Usually pretty good but I may not return again after the burger I received today. I stood in line and waitied 7 minutes or so as if my burger was being made fresh. Was old and dried out. Didn’t find out until I got to work and sat down to eat it

this place is disgusting, i got 2 snack wraps, the chicken was extremely hard and rubbery i couldn’t even bite into the chicken first off, i was already upset and i went to drink my lemonade i got, and there’s TWO FLIES IN IT!!! I stopped in for breakfast, so I ordered a big breakfast with our hot cakes…pictured below. I was happy the sausage was hot, eggs and biscuits were warm (actually ordered English muffins) and the potato could have been warmer. Didn’t say anything as the staff seemed to be more intent on figuring out schedules and time off.
I was surprised at how dirty the tables were and the floor was…french fries located on both.

It was ok I guess. Fries WAYYYY too salty, and we’re like they sat under the light for 6 hours before I got there and then we’re resalted. No thank you. And I asked for light ice in my come and could literally see thru my soda. I’d hate to see a full cup of ice if mine was light. I mean, for a 19.80 lunch, I at least expect fresh fries and the drink I ask for, not water with a squirt of coloring. Smh.

Went around 2:30-3:00 in the afternoon and it was pretty good. My fries were kind of limp and not the hottest but it isn’t like I went during lunch or dinner time. My burger tasted fine and the coke was good.

Couldn’t order through my phone app or a kiosk tonight so I couldn’t take advantage of any of the special deals they offer to loyal customers. Without the deals it’s too expensive for what they’re offering so tonight I just left and went to the grocery store. The staff is nice and usually efficient, but they seem to have big problems with there point of sale systems on a regular basis. I’ve been there when they just said they have no working cash registers so they’re sorry but they could only do DoorDash orders.
I often make the mistake of going in at off hours when they’re not busy. Things tend to be stale, dried out, not as fresh at those hours. At my last visit, my order, which was made through the phone app, was ready when I walked in, but no one acknowledged my existence and I had to wait a long time to get someone to give me a packet of ketchup. This is regularly one of the less well run locations as far as I’m concerned, at least if you go after the dinner hour. At breakfast O think they’re generally quite good at this location.
