Fairly easy to get to this Starbucks however the parking lot was packed and I was lucky enough to squeeze into the very last space available.
Baristas were attentive and cordial, able to answer a couple questions I had about my order. Restrooms were clean and tidy. The only downfall was that there was absolutely no place to sit indoors. Only 4 small tables with 1 person sitting at each table. I would have liked to sit and stay to eat my breakfast but I opted to sit in my car instead, which was less than ideal.

Amazing location and amazing staff! I wanted to give special thanks to a barista there named Joanna who was very helpful and guided me into choosing the correct coffee for me! Now I get to go to a cool location and also enjoy my new morning coffee!!! Also love the hippo.

Service was very slow even though 4 people were working there. Not sure what the purpose of the boars is that tells you your drink is ready since my name was on the ready side and my drinks had not even been started. Corporate might think service is great and fast but it is a lie.

This morning I placed a mobile order for a white chocolate mocha and was charged for it. When I arrived at the store, I was told they had been out of that drink for over an hour—even though the app said my order was ready. I was then asked to order something else, so I chose a caramel macchiato, which actually cost less than the original drink I had already paid for.

After leaving, I realized I had been overcharged for a drink I never received. I called the store to request a refund for the price difference and was told I had to come back in person to get it resolved. This was frustrating, especially since the issue wasn’t caused by me and could have been easily handled at the time of pickup or over the phone.

I understand that running out of items happens, but inventory should be updated in the app, and customers shouldn’t be charged for items that are unavailable. I’m disappointed with how this was handled and hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

Waited 12 minutes for my order and when I asked the girl banging up the order’s at 9:20 this morning and said that I have been waiting 10 minutes past the pick up time. I was told that it’s not their problem that it was my problem for the wait time. That is very bad customer service…

I do not like Starbucks. I went into Starbucks today because I was a little early for my shift next-door, Decided to get Starbucks one more shot, I absolutely hated the drink, but that has nothing to do with them. The Lady who cashed me out was super sweet and understanding tried her hardest to find me a drink That I would like I was being extremely difficult and she was being extremely patient. Hate the product love the customer service
