I hadn’t had Freddy’s in a long time and won’t be going back. I went to get two ice creams. One was “kid size” for $5 and I got the saddest scoop of ice cream. It was barely one full scoop with about 8 m&M’s on it. That place is way overpriced.

As I waited for my dine in order, I noticed a lady in the drive thru went from bubbly positive energy to total panic . She is clearly new and I witnessed her four different times asking for help. The help she got was forced to go home, by some sloppy looking “manager”. This gave me a whole different outlook on this establishment. The store is falling apart the seats are disgusting and the floors under tables are filthy. I won’t be back here. I don’t like how they are one way with us customers but shitty to the employee. I told that girl to get a lawyer I will back her. Shame on the poor leadership.

All things desert-wise is fantastic as per usual. However, on the dinner side, there has been time and time again that I have ordered at this Freddy’s and not only have the orders been made incorrectly, but recently (a recent example), my chicken was not cooked thoroughly, and it caused me to had food poisoning. These cooks need to seriously retrain. Embarrassing.

My previous review, from one year ago, noted the quality of the food, but I gave them a 4 for cleanliness. I’m back in OKC to visit family, and we returned today. I have to give them 5 stars today because the store was really clean!!! I’m so pleased with the staff, the food, and the store! Everything was spot on Freddy’s standards!
Great food, as always at a Freddy’s, but the cleanliness was lacking. The tables had been cleaned of trash, but they were not freshly cleaned of food particles and sweat from beverages. Freddy’s always has had great food!!!

It’s always clean here and the food is always fresh. They even let you put real pickles on your hot dog and they taste just like you made them at your own house on your own grill but without having to do the cleaning.

Of course, first things first, I love Freddy’s. I could eat it everyday and be completely content. This is the first bad experience I’ve had with them! I came through on my lunch to grab a bite to eat and I waited in an empty line for 5-10 minutes for them (which is normal since they make everything fresh!) I got back to the office and took a bite, when I looked down I almost threw it back up. My burger wasn’t cooked all the way, it’s very evident that it wasn’t! Working in food, it’s important to make sure the food is safe to consume and a lot of people have sensitivities, not to mention this is beef- beef has to be cooked through! I still love Freddy’s but this wasn’t my favorite memory!
