Just wanted to review an experience I had at this Taco Bell tonight. Riding with my friend to get some food and in the drive thru he said we have 2 orders which has never in my history of going anywhere been a problem.
Can you uh just come inside? That’s what we were told and it was just in a rude way and very odd so we left. Just don’t understand why 2 orders in 1 car was an issue.

I just wanted to give a review on this place because all the employees were so darn nice even though it was late. They were all smiling, happy and upbeat and gave great customer service. I asked them to give me their name so I could give them a shout out and maybe they can get a raise For being such good employees. The great employees that I experienced are Deric, Ania, and Keriana. There was also another sweet guy who seemed to also be an employee but I didn’t get his name. Thank you all for making my long rough day end with such kind vibes and amazing customer service!!!!

Paid $7 bucks for this felt light so I opened it I ordered the supreme crunch wrap half of it doesn’t have meet on it the other side is barley any meat at all so now my spouse has to drive back up colerain to get our money back because this location and the staff will spit or do something nasty to your food for complaining about them not making your food correctly in the first place . Just shut these down or get new management and new staff all together. It’s disgusting how people treat others food.

When ordering we waited 20 min to get our food then it was cold. They forgot sour cream on a Mexican pizza and instead of remaking it they just splat it in the top and gave it back in a disrespectful way. The freeze drink was suppose to be a large but came out in a small. The lady came back with a large cup but dumped the small in the large and handed it back. When asking for a manager the workers didn’t care and was very rude this place lost my buisness ask to speak to the manager.They refused to give me a manager.
Until I walked up to the manager name Bobby and he apologized. The manager Maria was rude and disrespectful and would not remake our order.

How do you forget the simplest ingredients?? I ordered 3 double stack tacos, no modifications of any kind, and the lettuce and cheese and nacho cheese was nowhere to be seen. Just 2 tortillas, minimum meat, and a few fiesta strips. I’m baffled. The meat gave it a little bit of moisture, but they’re super dry. Just gonna eat it anyways because I don’t want to just watch my partner eat theirs. Terrible.

Wish I could do 0 or 1/2 stars. We are the only only in here and they messed everything on our order. We got a bigger order, but not only did they mess everything up, but missed food and I watched a older man go to put my quesadilla on the grill press and he dropped it, then caught it with his knee, and put it back on the press and serve it to me. I beg that y’all stay away from here. Not to mention that they said we were liars because “they 100% made it” and started saying nasty stuff to me and my fiance. Not to mention I am badly allergic to citrus and still put one of the sauces I had requested against (because I’ve worked at Taco Bell before and know what I can and can’t have) and they still put it on there! Careless without any regards to their guests

Waited over 15 minutes on our food. Then when asking if our order was gonna be ready soon the lady rudely said we our backed up right now and have to take care of Drive-thru first. So when our food finally came out our food was gross and cold. Don’t recommend eating at this Taco Bell. Either go to another one or make some tacos yourself because I can promise you it would be better than that place!!

Placed an order on a Tuesday evening around 1030 ish pm. Looked in bag looked as if all items was in bag. Drive home. Start unloading bag 50 percent of tacos had less than a teaspoon of meat on it. Lettuce and cheese maybe 4 or 5 slivers. No tomatoes no sour cream. Tacos were thin as a piece of cardboard. Called there the gentleman who answered talked with pure gibberish I asked for a manager . Dramatic pause. I said are you the manager. Silence then said whats this about atleast thats what I could barely understand what he said. Told him what my problem was. Guess he wanted to know what the issue was before he admitted he was management which by the way he spoke im sure he wasn’t. No sense at all of sudden. He said you just gotta come back. We will remake it. My thing is get it right the first time. This taco bell is the worst I should of known better.
