We stopped in while traveling in the afternoon. Was not busy at all. The food we ordered was good and the service was good.

Submitted an order for pick up at 4:30PM around 2PM. Got a text message about 20 minutes later saying our order would be ready at 3:07PM. I was confused and tried to call the resturant…no answer. We arrived for pick up around 4:20. Upon pick up we waited an additional 15 minutes. Only to get this…. I figured Mac n cheese would be an easy “No mess up at pick up.” I ordered the rattle snake mac n cheese with EXTRA SAUCE. We ordered in hopes of not cooking. Well, I still had to come home and reheat and then make a sauce for my… pasta with a sprinkle of toppings. Don’t waste your $50+.

Surprised to have several vegan options (and they were in stock), which tasted really good. Our waitress seemed new and not fully knowledgeable about the menu, but tried hard to be friendly, accommodating, and apologetic. The restaurant seemed a bit desolate with some lighting off, just kind of empty with a too-large space.

It took me almost 5 minutes to be seated. Not saying it was busy, I am saying that it took that long for someone to notice me in the nearly empty restaurant.

Not the Uno’s pizza I’ve loved for decades. Dry, no sauce, skimpy sausage and cheese. Salad was good, service was perfect.

Fried mozzarella had no mozzarella in it. Overcooked. Missing a pizza from order. Chicken parm was spicy, Mac and cheese spicy. Does not say spicy on menu. Waiting extra 30 minutes for food. Manager walking around and staff. Kitchen help kept coming out to bar and going back in. Empty restaurant but 5 waitstaff doing nothing. Host had to tell customers to wait to see if he can sit them. No one there wanted to work. And expensive for a chain restaurant. Not like old unos.

I had awful food poisoning after eating there yesterday. I have not been there in years, wanted the Fish N Chips but it changed from a nice big haddock fillet to 2 chunks of cod. Huge disappointment as that used to be my favorite there years back. I got their version of lasagne with pepperoni, sausage instead which was good. Just 3 ravioli a few pepperoni and some crumbled sausage with cheese. My parents got the large combo pizza which was really good. Way overpriced for what you get, which is almost everywhere these days. And I wish things like lasagne were traditional – layers of noodles, ricotta and meat. And you got real sausages and meat balls. Sick of the degradation of food these days. I almost never go out to eat anymore because of this, I cook far better at home.

It’s an unos. You get what you expect; sticky tables, torn up seats, wait staff that looks depressed but is overall nice. The did change to paper wrapping their utensils which is just absolutely terrible. It looks terrible and is way less sustainable.

Walked in Friday evening. It was dead waited 5 minutes before finding someone to ask if we seat ourselves. Finally seated. 15 minutes before a server came to say hi to us and take our 2 drinks. 15 minutes since we ordered our drinks. We’re leaving now

Went inside the bar with my friend. Got drinks and chips and salsa and guacamole. The bartender delivered my friend’s beer but 10 minutes later I had to ask if I could have my drink. Waited 45 minutes for our salsa chips. Guacamole did not come. Had to wait another 20 minutes for guacamole. Bartender then ask my friend if she wanted another drink. My glass was empty. Never asked me if I wanted one. My friend set out loud. Do you want another drink and that’s when she came over. Service was really bad. Food was bad. Will not go here ever again. Service should not be that bad.
