Entire staff is rude, especially the girl who works at night with the colored hair and food is BAD at this location. They never get orders correct and routinely close earlier than advertised or simply lie that something isn’t available because they already started closing.

If you don’t like your job, maybe leave?

Management does not care about this location. I would be very worried about this place passing a health inspection the way it’s run. Yes it’s taco

Went in yesterday to order my usual which is a taco and burrito supreme and coke combo. I tried to order on the app and couldn’t find my combo. Went to the first kiosk to order and it is still broke and has been forever. Ordered on other kiosk. Ask the girl who gave me my food why my combo is gone….she said something about the pricing of it being confusing????….Her response was confusing…..then on top of that my burrito was very dry and almost crunchy….get it together people….you’re losing customers….

Walked in waited almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Then the little Spanish girl walks back in from outside smoking and does not wash her hands. I ask is anybody gonna take my order? She says we have kiosk for that. I respond i put my order in through the kiosk and there’s an option to pay cash at the register.and I ask how come nobody said hello. She said how can somebody say hello if nobody’s here. I point to the lady working the drive thru and said is she invisible? Never again

It’s not my first time ordering a nacho bellgrande! I know if I wanna see any meat, sour cream, or nacho cheese, I NEED TO PAY FOR EXTRA! Even after asking for & paying for all the extras I want, not only did I not receive extra, but there was barely any meat or sour cream! After asking if they could check the amount multiple employees peeked over & stated “that is extra…” one even replied, “if you think that’s bad, you should see how it normally comes!”

It’s not my first time having issues getting a decent amount of toppings, but after paying for extra I am baffled that I didn’t get at least a normal amount, or an employee to rectify the situation!!!

I CAN PAY $12 AND GET A NACHO FULLY LOADED THAT I CAN’T EVEN FINISH AT A QUALITY RESTAURANT!!!

The people let me stand at the counter for 15 mins no hi, no hey sir how can w whelp nothing! If I didn’t call someone over they would of let me stand there for an hour worst service ever. Customer service non existence! Only to let me stand there to let me know I can order in the machine and they can’t even read lol I put no tomatoes on the kiosk and boom

I just have to say that it bothers me to see customers treat staff/management as if they are slaves. I have been coming to this location for years!! Here recently, there is a new manager present who is doing an outstanding job with customer service. I visited this location tonight around 7:30 and witnessed a manager politely asking 2 gentleman to use the kiosk or to give her a few minutes and she would be able to take their order. They proceeded to argue with her from a distance, so she came up to speak to them professionally, only stating that she was in fact short staffed and could take their order and use their coupons if they could give her just a second. I was also ordering on the kiosk at the time this took place. The 2 not so friendly men had the audacity to rip up paper and throw them at her!!! The young lady still remained professional as she told then to have a good night on their way out.
Kudos to her for not letting such inappropriate behavior from customers get to her. She went right back to working and taking other customers orders.

Got multiple tacos and 2 quesadillas and when we went home they we all stuck together and poorly handled. Paid 39.34 for all of it and can’t even get a proper meal. Also got the cheese fries and the cheese was really stiff almost like a block of cheese.

Waited at the register for over 5 mins. Was finally greeted by someone and was told, be with you in a few minutes. Finally got my order. Wasted a lot of my lunch break. Use the drive through if you plan on a quick visit.

terrible expierience the guys name was Mark and he had a tattoo on his arm, he was very unhelpful and rushing us talking to us very disrespectful. when we drove up we tried to talk to him and he spoke to us terribly, we are teenagers and he was a grown man yelling at us because he didn’t want to help us with our order. he slammed the window on us and told us to leave. we will never come back and i hope he does not work again.

Do drive-through. Slow service for dine-in. Someone else with our party went across the street after we went in and ordered at Arby’s. He was back with his food from Arby’s before ours came out. The dining room looks like it is still set up for COVID even though it is years later because all the tables are spaced far apart in a large dining room for a Taco Bell. Just kind of a strange experience.
