We had a really bad experience, it took about 20 minutes to the sever to ask for a drink , the food came about 15 minutes after so not bad at all, it was hot and tasty. The server never checked on us even when we wanted more drinks, we saw him going back to the same table of young girls all the time, he passed us like 30 times walking pretty fast, it was hard to get his attention, 20 minutes after we were done and after we put our dishes on a pile to see if that would get his attention(it clearly didn’t) my husband had to talk louder of what he is use to, and called him to give us our bill soon, I wasn’t happy and neither was he, it seems this specific location keeps getting worse, if you see this and you love BWW just order delivery, it gets home faster and it’s better to tip a dasher who is putting more effort on giving you a good service than the servers at the restaurant, and I’m posting this as a server, we tipped 7$ because I know they don’t mad much but I wanted to tip 0.

Our group arrived around 10:10 last Sunday and asked for a table. The first guy at the counter immediately told us they close at 11 and that there was a 10:30 cutoff for orders, which felt like he was trying to get us to leave. With 20 minutes, it seemed like plenty of time for us to place a simple food and drink order.
We were told we could only get fried food because the grill had already been shut off and they were “closing the kitchen.” I worked as a cook for years, and we never did that to customers. We stayed open and served the full menu right up until close, so this was really surprising to hear.
When we were ordering drinks, one person asked for a vodka cranberry, which is a very simple drink, and was told no because the vodka was put away. However, we could clearly see the vodka sitting out behind the bar with a pourer attached. Another person asked for a bottled beer and was also denied. The only drinks we were allowed to order were a few options on draft.
Overall, the food was good and came out in a decent amount of time. We were the last group of the night, but when we arrived there were still a few other groups there. The experience just felt rushed and unnecessarily limited for how much time was left before closing.

I have had bad experiences at a few Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants but never at this location, but I was pretty disappointed today. There was this sticker in our salsa and the waitress began getting upset with us and seemed confused as to why we had told her about it, even though this is an actual hazard. Aside from that, there were 2 used cough drops at our table that should not have been overlooked when they had cleaned our table before we were seated.

The music was great, then endless apps kept coming, and the waitress couldn’t have been nicer! I recommend trying the Hatch queso with some buffalo wings. Yum! If you want a great time with great food, this is your place!

I called my order in over the phone because the app said it was an error when trying to place the order. Then I picked up the order and saw the onion rings so I thought everything was okay. I get back to the hotel 10miles away I had these dry hard boneless wings that barely any sauce on them. The onion rings were not fully cooked. The food was not appetizing at all. I was told that I could bring the items back by the caller Lynn. I brought the items back not eaten and I guess their manager was the person that reissued the items. Now I ordered the kids meal. Now for having to come back You would have thought for my inconvenience that I would have gotten 6 instead of 4 chicken wings. Just very disappointed in this facility handling of the situation at 1819 stewart avenue in Wausau, WI. They need to do better. I wonder if I was treated this way because I was black and I brought the items back. I did not hear an apology for what has transpired.

Took a few mins to get a table. When we got a table, it was over 10 mins to get our order. Then it was 25-30 mins to get our food. Which was wrong when it came out. Not once but 2x. 15 mins to get my 2nd drink. Food was cold, waitress was nice but liked to stand in the kitchen. I won’t be back to this location at all.

Stopped in for lunch on Friday Feb 27. One order of boneless wings and one order of chicken stripe. Dipping sauce for wings was included in the price but dipping sauce for the chicken stripe was 60 cents. You will NEVER see my wife and I again.

Bartender/Waitress was great
Prompt to get drinks and drinks refilled. My Hot Nashville boneless were not very good. Glad I ask for some blue cheese dressing to dip them in. It was almost like they had dry seasoning on them instead of sauce. And the Nashville Hot was not very hot.

We have ordered carry out 3 times in the last 2 months. 2 out of 3 times they messed up our order.
First time we ordered 2 different flavors of 10 boneless wings. We instead got 20 of the same flavor, which my wife cannot eat due to them being spicy. Fries were overcooked and cold.
Second time one of our 10 boneless wings ended up being just 6 (even though the label on the box said 10). Also missing an order of potato wedges.
This place needs to be under review. I filed a complaint with corporate and filled out a negative survey. There is something seriously wrong with the kitchen making the orders there. Can’t tell if they are incompetent or can’t read.
Based on previous reviews recently, my guess is the manager also needs to be looked into as well. The service at the restaurant falls on him, and it’s clear they are either lazy or don’t care.

It’s fine… its BW3. Receipt had none of the info needed to get points on the app…service was good, the waitress was great and nice, everything was a bit slow. That being said… no major problems.
