It’s been about a year since I last visited a red Robin.
Disappointed to say the least. Raised prices then decided to severely reduce the amount of toppings on a burger. In specific, the pineapple on the banzai burger.
I’ve ordered probably over 300 of them throughout my life. And the one I just had 5 min ago was sad. Almost 17 dollars for the burger and the pineapple was as thin as my napkin. What a joke. This amazing burger used to have multiple quarter inch slices. Now you can’t even taste it @red robin, a pineapple is $2.38 from a general grocery store. The slice was so thin, I’m concerned the rest of the pineapple will spoil before it’s actually consumed. 0/10 food, our server brie was wonderful!

Hamburger was just ok kinda bland for a BBQ burger. The side salad was good. The hot honey chicken sandwich. Was just okay The only thing that really stood out on the sandwich overall was the jalapenos and cabbage. Basically tasted like you were eating a chicken salad.

I ordered the Ensenada Chicken Platter because the photo looked amazing. Unfortunately, what I received looked nothing like the picture. It looked and tasted like a flat, frozen chicken breast covered in a dark sauce with chili powder in it. Thankfully, I had also ordered a side salad, because the entrée was not edible.

Horrible! Probably never go again. Got take away, and yes I did order a burger wrap, but wasn’t expecting this. So much for my $20. Fries were lukewarm too. This was while still in the parking lot. If you have an option it would be wise to go somewhere that takes a little pride.

I hadn’t been here in a long time. Food didn’t disappoint. My favorite burger was the same but was smaller in size. Service was amazing. Our waitress was so friendly and very sweet and attentive. I highly recommend the ‘Shroom Burger!!!

Nice clean store. Alex was a great server. He was attentive but not annoying. The food was very good and served quickly although I requested crispy bacon on my Smoke and Pepper burger and it wasn’t crispy but Alex checked on us just after we got our food and corrected it immediately. The restrooms were clean and well maintained.

My other half wasn’t pleased with his burger. I love Donato’ hot honey pepperoni cauliflower crust pizza and the bottomless salad option. We have had great service at each visit.

Currently sitting at this location with my COLD food!! The dish is hot hot!! The food within is refrigerator cold! The place is darn near empty.. I was/am surprised that the manager didn’t even bother with the customary lap through the dining room to check on patrons! So now, I’ll box up my food and microwave it at home!!

Edit: It has been 2 weeks since I wrote this review. Since I responded to Red Robin’s request for additional information, which I gave. I have received no acknowledgement from this, not even the standard, “We’re so sorry, this was your experience.” Red Robin has just proven to me that they do not want my business nor do they care about the “I’ll take my business elsewhere” approach.. So I’ll kindly exit the chat and wish all future diners a hopefully better experience!

Didn’t receive great service. We arrived at 4pm or so, it was not busy at all. We had to look at the hours to ensure they were open because the lot was empty. We were not checked on, had to wave her down for service. Just overall not happy with her service. She was VERY nice and promptly brought what we requested.
Fries were awful the first go around. I wish instead of scrapping the bottom of the barrel for the rest of the dried out disgusting fries and serving them to customers, they would just throw them away knowing how gross they are.

always great. make sure to sign up for their rewards, you’ll get free birthday burger! and a free tenth burger too with constant specials and deals for rewards members. the reason for four stars just recently i ordered a burger and it came out wrong, I knew i ordered it one way without cheese and the sauce, but they put it on. could just be a miss hap because this usually never happens, but i hate sending food back so i didn’t say anything, im sure they would have fixed it in a heartbeat
