An order already marked as ready for pickup before I even arrived. It took eighteen minutes to pick it up because. Recipt shows check closed at 10:16am. I didnt get to leave with it till 10:40. Having only needed them to put some doughnut holes into a box. Absolutely useless staff with bad attitudes. Husband couldn’t get any help whatsoever. He came back and and sent me in. I got in. Orders not ready. The coffee is but it’s too hard to put doughnuts holes a box. I asked a girl for the order. She said ok and went to the windows at drive thru. She then tells the cashier I’m here to pick up an order. Girl at the register doesn’t even respond instead picks up a mop and starts holding it taking one step and standing in place. Then someone comes up to the register the girl then takes their order. I said can someone get the doughnut holes into a box so I can leave? The girl from the window said she’s trying and scoffs. Then she goes back to the window at drive thru. I said she’s not. She picked up a mop and then she’s taking orders for people just walking up again. They all ignore again. I said I’m going to be calling corporate. THEN the girl at drive thru went to put the doughnut holes in a box. This is completely unacceptable. There is no excuse for this. Their doing absolutely nothing with the utmost refusal to even so much as put doughnut holes in a box to hand an order out. It didn’t seem that anyone in there was worth a grain of salt. Whole new staff needed.

I went through Dunkin” in Lady Lake. I ordered a dozen donuts & I told them it’s for kids & asked for a fun assorted dozen. This is what they gave me! There’s a broken donut in there & the Boston creams hardly have any chocolate on them! I’ll never buy donuts from there again. ♀️

I’ve tried and tried and tried to give this Dunkin a chance, but I’m DONE! Not to mention whoever was working 12/24/2025 around 12:15pm YOUR ATTITUDES SUCK! The coffee is TRASH every time I go, and the bacon? COLD & disgusting, a whole order in the TRASH. Do BETTER.

Early Saturday, 1/10/26, I went to this Dunkin for a large caramel hot latte. I ordered i n the drive thru and was the only car in line- no other car infront of me or waiting at the window. As soon as I got to the window, about 6-7 seconds after placing my order, I was greated by a nice young girl asked for my $5.25 and gave me my latte and. So just about 15ish seconds or so after placing my order my large caramel hot latte was done? I even commented on how quick that was. I looked at the side of the cup and there was not any sticker on it indicating what was inside- odd.
I drove away and decided to taste my latte at the light. It was extremely heavy, had foam, but no caramel. I turned around and went So I went back and went through the window and I pulled up to the window, I extended my coffee back and I said “hey let’s try this again. I ordered a large hot caramel latte. What I received was coffee, sugar and just some foam on the top.”
The young girl turned around went to the person person who made the coffee and she came back with a tremendous amount of attitude and said “I made that coffee did you want sugar and caramel?” I explained to her I just wanted a large hot caramel latte no sugar. She said, “that’s what you got.” I said, “well it doesn’t taste like any of the others that I’ve gotten, could we remake it?”
She walked away, and a young gentleman came over open the window and said “I’m sorry how can I help?” I explained I ordered a large hot caramel latte and what I received was a large coffee with sugar and just some foam on the top.” My experience is that when you order these there is usually, when you order a large or medium or small latte, it’s probably about maybe 25% espresso and then hot milk and then some foam on the top and it’s got a strong espresso flavor. The one I received was a weak coffee flavor not very hot and absolutely zero caramel and a strong sugar taste.
I didn’t pull up to the window to find out who made the coffee or to put anybody on the spot. I just wanted the order that I placed, the order that I paid for. This could have all easily been resolved with just a simple I’m sorry let me remake that for you. This isn’t another case about the customer is always right, but why is it nowadays that the worker is always right and the customer is treated like an idiot for the workers honest mistake or just plain lack of skill or caring.
Do better. Its never personal. Try harder next time

Asking for creamer is 45 second interaction. Stopping to let me know that I am holding your line up, that you’re on a timer and I should be asking for it at the speaker takes longer than 45 seconds. Maybe it’s the lack efficiency and not my need for 3 creamers messing up your drive thru time

The person taking our order was delightful and accommodating. Unfortunately she rang up the order incorrectly and I didn’t catch it until I was on the road. My donut was NOT fresh. The store was exceptionally tidy for how busy they were at the time. Everyone appeared to be organized.

The selection was very limited and the service was not attentive or professional. As I walked in the front door, an employee in uniform, was sitting directly beside the door smoking pot. Horrible odor and if he wanted to get high on a break, why do so directly AT the front door? I mentioned to the two women staff once I entered, and one actually yelled from behind the counter to the employee outside, to move away from the door.
I will not be returning to this location.
