I was looking at this “half” of an order of soup with the apple on it for a few minutes before I realized what was wrong. You used to be able to go to Panera, pay like $10 and get a pick 2 that was half of an order of soup and half of a sandwich. Having not been in a while I was shocked to find it cost close to $14 for a third of a bowl of soup and half of a sandwich that was also disappointing. For the same price I can get a soup and half a sub from Publix. Panera used to be one of my favorites but now it’s just sad to see so many people paying increased prices for less food made with lower quality ingredients.

This is the “All American” place to eat where everyone raves about how great and excellent panera bread is. Hair in the food is a big turn off for me. No thanks to this crap place and prices are awful!

We got a Caprese sandwich and I got the french ciabatta. The Ciabatta french sandwich was really good, although missing a bit of flavor and the caprese was good, but would not order it.

Stood at the counter for a few minutes looking for my dine in order that I placed on the app. This was my mistake as it was in the correct place and waiting on me. However, while standing there I was ignored by 3 employees.
The flavors of the food were really good. My BBQ chicken was a little dry sandwich. Broccoli cheddar soup was good and the chicken bacon ranch sandwich was also pretty good.
There were several dirty tables in the restaurant.
Overall a decent experience though as the food was tasty and made correctly.

Always love this location, the crew works so hard and always so nice and willing to help give recommendations when we can’t make up our mind lol. For the most part, the food was decent. However, the chili tasted off. It was really dark in color like it been sitting in a pit too long. When I tasted it, it was not great! It had a odd taste but I tried not to complain but I couldnt eat it all.
I went to the staff and inquired about the chili. The chili is frozen and thawed in facility. Not sure how long it sits either. When I said it tasted bad, the lady just said sorry. I will never purchase the chili again. If I didnt have gift cards, I probably wont be back anytime soon, either. It is really off putting to find out the soup is just frozen processed food with no real flavor.
Add to note, tables and chairs stay dirty here unless you clean it. I had to wipe my own table. The time it took to eat my meal, no one came out to check the tables. There is a pile of dirty dishes at the trash station! Very disappointing!

Everything about my experiences here over the past 10+ years is just okay – average at best.
My most recent visit was for breakfast with 2 friends on a Tuesday morning in January of 2024. We ordered at a kiosk, then waited for our food. None of our sandwiches appeared to be anything other than a microwaved, pre-prepared sandwich. Not terrible, but not what I would expect for a place like this. I’ve had better experience with their lunch food so maybe I should stick with that from now on.
They now have a drive thru at this location, but I’m not sure if that’s good or bad. There were plenty of seats available for us at 7am with a lot of folks stopping in and getting orders to go.

New Update 2/2024: Walking in I noticed how clean everything was. I also noticed that this is the second time in a few weeks that I saw a lot of new employees. Most were friendly, helpful, but some still learning . My Husband and I ordered two coffees and a bear claw. Coffee was a little old but was ok. The bear claw was delicious . Bathroom was clean.
We went back in the evening around 4 pm. We wanted to get a cup of coffee. There was no decaf or light roast. I feel they should at least keep a pot of coffee ready of decaffeinated and Light roast. The ice tea wasn’t good. Tasted like they had used a container that had fruit juice in it!
Update2023* “Some employees told us again they were out of Decaffeinated Coffee! Bathroom was dirty and needed Cleaning. They also said the Register was down and they couldn’t give us our Sip Club Coffee, but they could give the people that was behind us a free cup! That’s why I’m changing my rating from 4 to 3 stars.” … “I must say I don’t have that problem at the Panera at Market Street”;
Past review * Pastries and Breads looked Delicious. When I ask for more decaffeinated coffee 1 employee told me the store was out of Decaf. I just laughed, and told them in a stern voice to go fix my coffee. 5 minutes later I had my Decaf. I shouldn’t have to do the Grandma thing to get my coffee it should already be made when it’s low! After all not everyone can drink caffeine.
Another person that was waiting ask me why do they have the Sip Club if they are not going to furnish coffee in the afternoon! I told them that is a good question.
Food, and coffee was delicious. Most employee’s we’re still keeping everything clean and the employees that were running the counter were nice.

Bought over $120 of food 4 days in advance to bring to a customer meeting (two family meals) even tipped them well….. couldnt even give me plates and utensils with the order. Very unhelpful staff. Had to stop by target and get these items seperately. Shame the customer service wasnt better since I’ll be doing this frequently. Terrible experience!
