Everytime we come to Nac I always have to get the Eggstrordinary sandwich! It’s SOOO GOOD! Highly recommend for vegetarians.
The Mak balls are delicious as well. My two favorite menu items by far! Atmosphere is chill & we just watched football. I would say the music was a little too loud for my liking but it is a bar so that makes sense. Always coming back here

When you come into the building, it gives off a rustic feel but cozy at the same time.
I ordered the mak sampler and it was good. The house sauce was definitely different, it was more watery than creamy though.
Country fried steak was okay. More on the bland side and the breading was slightly rubbery when I was trying to cut through with my steak knife. Almost no flavor though.
Overall, I think I’d come back again for sure to try out the other items since my brother got their burger and said it was a 10/10.

This was excellent. From the on point staff to the great food for any appetite. Sit back and enjoy the atmosphere. I had the Stuffed Skirt Steak wich was fantastic!!!! Everyone loved what they got. Come check out this fantastic eatery.

Never been here before brought my family It was a great place great food great service. I will definitely be back and I recommend this place to anybody that is in the area. The service we received by the young lady was top-notch best service we’ve had in a long time this new world just does not have good servers anymore but this place was great. The hamburgers are unbelievable. You must get a hamburger I’m sure everything else is great as well but the hamburger was behind any burger I’ve had before.

Stopped here for dinner when passing through on business. 3 of us sat at the bar so we didn’t have to wait on a table. The bar staff was very attentive & provided great service. We enjoyed the chips & queso, but the fried pickles were cut thin & fried perfectly, the best I’ve ever had. The Old Fashioned was strong & a good pour. The fried shrimp basket and burritos were delicious. Great meal!

Go give it a try!! Did not get one, but hamburgers looked amazing. Chicken fingers on the sampler appetizer were really good. I know we will be back to try more next time we are in town. People seemed to be having a really good time and enjoying the Friday night festivities, it was very lively and loud (not in a bad way, more of an enjoying life way). Just give it a try, $ were very reasonable.

Ok so I looked up the menu online and it sold me. They have great prices with daily specials. Today was $2 tacos. My apologies that two were missing. I ravaged them before I realized I needed to take photos. They were pretty to look at. They were fancy and so tasty. The fried mushrooms macaroni balls were out of this world! It is my new favorite place. ♥️

Update 9-27-24 we love Mak’s!!! We had a opportunity to return to Nacogdoches and actually ate here twice once for lunch we enjoyed the Thursday special. And then came back for dinner the following day. I had the Dirty Reuben it was so scrumptious and Mike had the Cuban and absolutely loved it

First time here. The staff and vibes are very cool. We had tacos and chicken fried steak. The food was just okay. Again the staff was great and our waiter even turned a tv to a game we wanted. An extra surprise was live music! Definitely a cool place to hang and watch sports.
