Worst dunking ever. I waited 30 min in line to not even get what I ordered. They run out of cups and ingredients religiously like every week not to mention they messed the drive thru up so bad. I’m literally gonna drive the extra distance to go to the golden strip or south side to avoid all the problems this one has and I get coffee EVERY morning. Whoever owns this needs to get it together

The service here is awful, especially since the remodel. Staff members are rude, extremely slow, and they are always out of things. Who is in charge of ordering? They cannot possibly run out of stuff the way they do unless someone isn’t doing their job with checking inventory. This location was convenient to where I live, but I will be driving to a further location from now on. This morning was the final straw for me.

let’s start with this, you charge for a signature frozen, forget ALL toppings, which adds almost a dollar to the already 5 dollar drink, why? almost every single time i come here something is wrong with my order, it’s borderline careless at this point. any time ive pointed a mistake out in my order nicely, it sparks a reaction as if i yell or completely flip out. i’ve been patient, but forgetting things your customers pay for and then acting disrespectful when they nicely try to correct it is unacceptable. this falls on the management and or whoever is in charge of training.

I came in to this location yesterday to purchase Donuts and they had none, so I spoke to the cashier and ask will they have donuts in the morning.. of course his response was yes. This morning I went to get donuts for my little cousins as a breakfast treat and they were limited on donuts. They had hard donuts with sprinkles chocolate with sprinkles munchkins I just seen like couple of assorted not enough to have options to select what you normally order in other locations. Then you have a cashier that really looks like she doesn’t like her job, customer service is not her strong point. Now I know why people been leaving poor reviews of this location.

Can someone please do something about this Dunkin. I can’t understand how these people can get an order wrong as many times as they do. They are rude, they are extremely slow and even with the whole place being renovated, nothing has changed. I sit in that drive thru line for twenty minutes almost every time. Get new employees please. Preferably ones that like their job.

Extremely slow service. Pulled to the window and waited 4 minutes for someone to take my money, although there were 3 young people within 3 steps of the window. Young man with purple hair in was one step from the window with his back to me, never even acknowledge my presents. The entire time my coffees were sitting by the register. Finally the an older woman squeezed between the other 3 people and came to the window. I paid and waited a couple more minutes for my bagel. Got home, 4 minute drive, and found the coffee was room temperature. Worse experience in the 33 years I have been coming to this location! If I was the manager or owner, I would fire some people.

Overall I wouldn’t go to rhis Dunkin. I went one morning after they remodeled and there was a big dunkin truck blocking the order speaker and so I just drove around because I had an online order and got to the window and told them about the truck and they said “well, everyone else can find the speaker”. I told them I had an online order and they gave me my drink, but didn’t give me a straw and so I sat there trying to get someones attention. Multiple employees looked at me waving and just turned around. Finally, someone decided to come ask me what was wrong and I said I was given my drink, but not a straw. The girl at the window gave me a straw, but sighed really loud. I spend 10mins waiting for the straw with a line behind me. I’ll think twice before going to this Dunkin again

All of the reviews before mine are spot on. The people who work at this location have absolutely no work ethic, are unprofessional and honestly, lazy. The drive-thru line is a mess, never less than a 20 minute wait. I always order ahead on the app, and every single time they mess my iced coffee up. Every time! When I let them know, they have literally snatched the coffee out of my hand and slam the window shut. Maybe – just maybe, read my order correctly? The one young girl in the morning is always nasty. She’s usually on the microphone. The African American lady is the only kind one who actually seems to like her job. It’s become ridiculous, I’ve been coming here for years and only recently (last few months) has it gotten this bad. I don’t understand with all of these horrible reviews, why nothing is done about it. You’re going to continue losing customers.

This place sucks. Stopped for a breakfast sandwich. Got bacon egg croissant, small munchkins and large coffee. $11. The sandwich was burnt ant the coffee had so much cream in it i couldn’t drink it. Now I remember why I stopped going there.

Place was relatively empty but took them +30 minutes to put together a tiny mobile order. Dude told me that they are out of croissants only after I approached the counter at 25 minute mark to find out what’s going on.
Go somewhere else if you’d rather not waste your time just sitting around and waiting.
