I just told my fiancé that I literally DREAM about this pizza. Also the whiskey crab dip with delicious flat bread. Whenever we come here we get the Chair 9 Combo, the Whiskey Crab Dip, and the Caesar Salad without question. We’ve also had many of their other pizzas and appetizers, which are all incredible. I’ve been all over the world and tried many types of pizzas. Chair 9’s perfectly crispy thin crust pizza is the best of its kind. Like I said, I quite literally dream about it. If we didn’t live an hour away, I’d be here multiple times a week, and I’m not even kidding.

The staff are all so kind, friendly, and welcoming. I grew up watching the TV show Cheers, and Chair 9 mirrors that vibe for customers – it’s the place where everybody knows your name. When you’re here, it’s an extension of your living room; but just with incredible pizza, bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers, rumble strips, nachos, and excellent local beers and ciders on tap.

Shout out to the amazing owners, Bryan and Jill, for all of their hard work and dedication to keeping this restaurant and bar a constant mecca for skiers, snowboarders, snow sport enthusiasts, and passersby’s alike. In the many years we’ve been coming here, it’s never been better.

If you’re feeling thirsty, hungry, or just want to stop in to see the rad vintage snowboards on the wall, this is the place for you. The Blue T lodge next door also has 6 rooms and if you book ahead of time, you can enjoy your time at Chair 9 and then spend the night in their nice spacious rooms. We have taken advantage of this many times when we plan a ski weekend!

P.S. — This place is also kid friendly and has coloring pages and a game room upstairs, to keep the kiddos entertained. I don’t have any children myself, but I do love seeing how much fun a whole family can have when visiting this restaurant.

Currently finishing my last bite of pizza and I very well may just order another one.

Cheers! ❄️

Their pizza is really good. Their gluten free pizza is actually pretty legit good as well! Overall, it is what it is. A small town bar/pub with pizza. Good vibes. Good people running it.

This is a perfect place to kick off your weekend, end your weekend, après ski, or hang out on a day that is not conducive to playing outside. Nice open space, huge bar, an outdoor space with heaters ( where we were able to sit with our dog) and the pizza is delicious, excellent crust. Staff and patrons alike are all in high spirits. They have the classics, a build your own option, and some original styles of pizza as well. Great location, 500 feet from the snow line rental properties. Can’t wait to go back..

We love Chair 9! We’ve come here almost annually since 2012 and love the food, the atmosphere, the drink selection. It’s all good!
Today they hosted a kids event and it was fantastic!
Somehow I don’t have a pic of the pizza but it is all good. We ordered the Heliotrope and loved it! The wings are fantastic.

Once we got back to camp from snowshoeing, we were pretty hungry and were excited about trying some pizza from this place and try to rest before getting back on the road the next day. Unfortunately for us, there was a live music event going on and the place was packed. I asked one of the servers if it was possible to order some pizza to go and she seemed pretty stressed about the workload when she curtly replied; “we’re not doing takeout today.” Disappointed we left to have some chips and dip for dinner and bad first impression about the food service. The ambiance is on point and I am sure that there’s a competent bartender as the bar was packed. Will try to come back whenever I return to this area and try their food (if I am able to).

This place feels like some kind of incredible manna from the sky. I cannot believe there is such incredible pizza so close to all these beautiful hikes.

Great vibe, great food!

We ordered an 18 inch cheese pizza that was brought to the table piping hot. It was a good pizza overall. The wings were the hit. They are baked wings and taste excellent. We got the buffalo wings and the hot honey. We all enjoyed them. The waitress was also the bartender and she was very friendly. The atmosphere is typical of a ski spot. We would definitely go back.

We’re a father and son that visited at 5:30 on a Saturday of a beautiful day (12/27/25) for those on the mountain (we were not—just got into town). The place was absolutely slammed and, after searching high and low for a seat, we found ourselves sitting with the (somewhat) new owner’s son (and wife?). Before knowing or revealing their relationship to the establishment, they were incredibly hospitable and kindly welcomed us in joining their table. After finding out that my minor aged son could not sit in the bar area, we found another spot and ordered up. Out server was very forthright in making us aware that cook times for a pie were an hour. All good. The heads up was appreciated and, based on how slammed the joint was, the cook times made sense. I was grateful for the candidness. Our pizza was outstanding all the way around. Fresh toppings, crisp crust, not too much sauce, not too much cheese…just good ol fashioned well balanced pie. Delish!!

Here’s what stood out and why I’m taking the time to write this novel of a review…
1. When we were politely asked to move to a different spot, the owner’s son who was there to eat, took the time to help bus our new spot so we were quickly comfortable.
2. He went out of his way to check on us multiple times throughout our meal and ensured we had everything we needed.
3. The service and food was amazing. If you’re gonna have a long cook time you better back it up with good food and damn, did they ever.

This dude did not need to go out of his way like he did and it was a clear testament to his work ethic and commitment to a family business.

Thank you, Chris and Lauren, for your kindness and hospitality. Chair 9 is always going to get the business based on supply of food (limited) and proximity to the mountain. The game changer is not taking it for granted.

Cheers and may you enjoy all the success and happiness you’re earning.
