This location is always so dirty.. last time I came it was roaches that was when the honey chicken was available so I said I’ll come get the new chicken to try. Maybe they cleaned up the place it’s the same thing and it’s like they have old meat but they’re putting new meat on top of it but oh my God, it has to be at least two days before they cleaned those pots out.

Definitely one of the worst chipotle I been too. Waited in line about 20 mins for them to serve my family and I. Our turn we got nothing but attitude for the one helping us because they were late for their break and other other person didn’t come back to take over. Our food was skimp barely and rice or chicken then when I asked for lettuce and the container was empty got an eye rolled since they had to walk to the back to get more. The one at the register had to argue with me that the kids meal doesn’t come with chips has to call another employee over to confirm.

The staff working at 2:45PM on 10/23/25 was incredible and made the best bowl I’ve ever had at chipotle. I’m in a new city everyday traveling for work and eat chipotle every day (no exaggeration) and out of the 38 states that i’ve eaten chipotle, this one takes the gold!

waited in line for about 30-35 mins because they are understaffed (which i understand)- once i got to the register i realized they made my bowl wrong, adding 2x the protein and therefore was rung up costing more because she doubled the meat for some reason – after calling her out on the price, the girl said id have to go back in line, so i did…..after she remade my bowl, she grabbed my old bowl with double the meat and threw it in the trash, not only wasteful but spiteful. – the girl wasnt wearing a name badge and refused to tell me so i took her pic. so i went back in line and waited for another

As someone who remembers how good Chipotle used to be, I can safely say that the quality of the entire company has gone straight downhill, since even before COVID. This location was just another example. Slop burritos overstuffed with rice & short on the protein. Stale chips. Overpriced drinks. All served slowly, by indifferent staff. In other words, par for the course.

Rude lazy team. No one moves with sense of urgency and night time “manager” does not care. He encourages the team to close early while one person works the line making orders. Also watched him flirt and cut up with female employee while the guy on the line was backed up working solo. GM if you see this you need to replace your male night time manager. He is rude, cutting corners, and lazy. Also does not hold his team accountable. Too worried about being friends with his team.

Apparently this food chain doesn’t care to even talk to customers while check out anymore and just stops making food at 2pm in the afternoon( even though they close at 11pm) no brown rice no chicken no this no that. Only a large chips available and as usual you pay for it and it’s not fresh and bordering on stale chips. Most of time there drinks are out of taste off as well. All sound terrible location. I don’t go much to chipotle anymore as all there locations can be hit or miss but this one’s just awful. They clearly don’t care about fresh food or customers overall. Bare minimum. I usually don’t write reviews mainly because I’ve worked retail and I know business and stores don’t really care but this was just bad all around. I will say that the one girl who actually made my order was working and nice but that’s the only thing they had going for them today.

Do better Chipotle, as a business owner I suggest the staff working today 12/27 at 4pm requires to be retrained. The entire counter was retitled with food, I had to ask them to clean the counter and was laughed at. My daughter’s ordered before I arrived, 1 asked for a little sour cream and the other wanted cheese. The pictures tell the rest of the story. Take some pride in your work and do better.

Placed an order a DoorDash for pick up. After waiting for 60 minutes, they say they never received the order and are not going to make it. My money is gone. They asked me to call DoorDash for a refund. DoorDash calls the store but No one picks up.
