Not sure who gets the blame, the less than stellar store manager, or the owners for not addressing the consistent mismanagement.
I rarely leave negative reviews but this one needs to be pointed out. Too many times the Cross Lanes store has equipment down or they’re out of products. Many who may read this would have to agree because it’s true honest facts. I’ve learned that it’s worth the drive to go elsewhere for service. I can’t really rate the food because I hardly get what I ask for. Extremely disappointed.

Tried to go through drive-through last night. The drive-through attendant kept saying hold on a minute hold on a minute never did come to the drive-through more than 5 to 6 minutes. Sitting in line snapped at me and my wife through the drive-through several times. I drove off and you guys can stuff that McDonald’s up your backside. I’ll never come there again. when we drove by, he was talking to someone in the drive-through. I guess he was too busy visiting to serve the public. I went to Wendy’s. It was better.

Pulled up to the window to get our pickup order and the guy that was working the window was on his phone and didn’t even acknowledge us and stayed on the phone the whole time. Also placed our order 10 minutes before we left and they took 30 just to get it out.

I’m not one to complain, but Everytime I go through this drive thru my food is always messed up. All I wanted was the snack wrap meal with NO LETTUCE and low and behold it’s loaded with lettuce and no ranch? I just don’t understand, even the ticket they attach to the snack wrap itself says no lettuce. My 8 year old could get these orders correct more than the workers here.

No consistency.Just a hit and miss all the time.Mostly your order is messed up not made right or you get stale fries that have been sitting.Knowing they have been and still serve them.Laziness to not want to make fresh.Especially if you go after 7pm good luck with having any good food.

I wish I’d got your name so I could thank you properly. Thanks again & wishing you nothing but the best young man (He had an Afro, light brown eyes, & was pretty tall.) like I said idk his name, but give that man a raise. Went to get breakfast with my boyfriend this morning around 10:00am, we went to the drive thru and he tried ordering a Big Breakfast with hot cakes and and the girl huffed and puffed acting so inconvenienced she had to put the order in THEN proceeded to still not understand and said *well there’s so many* even though we said specifically what we wanted.

We went and ordered on the screen, waited almost 30 minutes on our order, decided to try the new Kit Kat Mcflurry in which they only wanted to fill up half way after paying $8.25 for 2. The manager then offered to remake one and let us use that one to full ours up the way they should’ve been to begin with.

So apparently they were under a boil water advisory. Due to this they only offer 12oz cans of soda which is fine. The problem I have with this is due to them not being able to serve fountain soda they are charging an extra $.40 to $.60 per soda. I get that it’s not their fault but it’s not the customers fault either. Mgmt said that’s just what it is. Employees have absolutely no customer service skills at this location.

Small McDonald’s but food was good (glad to see snack wraps back) and the staff was really helpful, especially the young man who delivered it. I wish I’d asked his name. He also offered to take my tray when I was done as he was cleaning the counter. Please thank him if you can figure out who it was.
