This is usually my go to McDonald’s for it’s the closest to where I live, but I will most certainly never order here at night ever again. I ordered a Big Mac through rewards and a Ranch Wrap Combo. The catch? There was no meat in my Big Mac. I guess if it’s through rewards and I didn’t have to pay for it, that means it’s not worth the meat.

What happened to the people who work night shift at 11/18? We ordered from this location all the time but the first time they give us less McFlurry than usual and only one piece beef in the Daily Double.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times by now and everytime it gets worse. This location needs better management. The only thing that’s good here is the fish tank and nice seats. My order was supposed to be delivered to my table and they just shouted my name a few times and that was it. They seem to focus more on DT than in-store customers. Very bad vibe and lacks customer support. And that results as below average McDonalds food quality compared to other locations. I strongly recommend the owner of this location to reinforce the customer experience.

i called this location asking for the grimace shake and also went to the location to ask for it and a black gentlemen said and i quote “yes we have the grimace shake along with grimace ice cream, shamrock shakes, and shamrock ice cream, we got all that” only for another employee to tell me they do not have it after i paid for it and drove to the next window. He should not be misinforming customers of items that are not available. Very irritated and he should be retrained or fired.

Yesenia the store manager is very rude. My app told me I had an exclusive app deal that I attempted to use yesterday as well. But it keeps saying expired it’s for $1.50 off a large or medium coffee. Yesterday I was assisted by a regular employee to which they honored the promo code. Today I had the same issue and went to the register to explain. When I attempted to I was met with a rude tone immediately objecting and cutting me off. To which I even asked her why are you getting loud that’s very unprofessional. She continued to cut me off walk away and state she didn’t have time for this. She told me call the 1-800 number and for what reason? When I a customer can be taken care of in store why escalate a situation? And after I ordered my food and got it I noticed my drink drastically lower than usual.

I went during lunch- I expected it to be busy but I was able to order and get my food pretty quick. I was surprised the fries were cold but the manager was able to resolve the issue pretty quickly. Dinning area had some closed spots and needed a little attention but like I mentioned it was lunch.

I recently went to the drive thru and ordered a grinch box. I had a missing grinch sock item in the box and I called the phone number on the receipt and surprisingly I got a call from the manager to have this sorted out.

I appreciated that I got a follow up from a call that I thought was never going to be returned.

Thank you to this McDonalds for a great turn around from a negative to a positive experience.

I ordered and paid for a double Big Mac but only got a regular cold Big Mac, also got a large and not of the fries were even warm. They were cold all the way through. I paid 19.02… the large sweet tea was great and Oreo McFlurry with extra Oreo was good.

3rd McDonald’s I went to in the last half hour. Their system is down and cant take orders. Yet someone right before me ordered. I cant wait to see McDonald’s as a franchise crash and burn! Way to scare off any remaining loyal customers you had. Really convenient that the codes never work and I couldn’t redeem half of my monopoly prizes. They are scammers at this point.
