My wife and I decided to try this place, and was absolutely STUNNING!!
She had the POZOLE FLIGHT, and more than welcome specter.
POZOLE VERDE was good, but it had a dominant COMINO condiment 7/10
POZOLE ROJO AND WHITE were great.
THE CECINA its amazing…like from Mexico. PASTOR its really good too.
The HUARACHE its enormous, and good, but the best thing were the FLAUTAS!!!!! They were really good.
Place in general looks good, crowded, clean. So definitely deserves a recommendation!!!!!

Hadn’t a taste for pozole and was recommended this place by my sister, great choice. The have red, white and green pozole to choose from. Small bowl was more than enough. Most places you dig for the meat, not this place your playe is full of meat and real hominy.

If I could give this restaurant no stars I will. I ordered pozole, a burrito, and a flavored water. THERE WAS A DEAD FLY ON MY BURRITO. I was looking forward to eating my burrito, but now I feel disgusted. I deserve a refund.
EDITED: I did contact them after they seen and replied to this review, but I haven’t received a response personally.

Came on a Saturday evening around 8pm. The restaurant reached max capacity very quickly!
We ordered the flight of posole which came with three soups: red, white, green posole for $20. We ordered two flights so it was 6 bowls total. It also came with cabbage, radish, onion, lime, avocado, tostadas. Highly recommend everything was delicious!
White posole was not spicy and a tad bit salty, the green was the spiciest and the red had a smokey flavor and less spicy than the green. Overall, my fav was the red posole and my bestie was the red as well.
We ordered a large horchata for less than $5! And I really enjoyed that it wasn’t overly sweet like some restaurants make their horchata, this one was perfect and you could taste the cinnamon and the rice!
I would have given five stars but the pozole flight did not come out piping hot it was semi warm. If it would have been really hot like it just came off the stove I would have given it five stars but for some reason it was just warm almost like it had been sitting out for a while. I’m assuming they probably don’t want to overcook the meat so they probably don’t have it cooking for a continuous amount of time which is probably why it wasn’t piping hot.
Overall I think it’s an absolute great value! The bowls are a decent size. Instead of getting two flights we should have just got one flight and that would have been enough for me and my bestie to share. We had leftovers since we ordered two flights! But one flight is definitely enough for a couple or two people.
The total cost came out to $49 for two flights of posole which included six bowls of soup and one large horchata.
I will be returning and trying their other dishes.
Parking available in front but it gets packed easily.

“Peke’s Pozole is comfort in a bowl — authentic, rich, and unforgettable.”
From the first spoonful, you know this is the real deal. The broth is deep, flavorful, and soul-warming, the kind that feels like it’s been simmering with love for hours. Every bite of hominy, tender meat, and fresh toppings balances perfectly — it’s not just food, it’s tradition served hot.
The vibe here matches the dish: authentic, welcoming, and True. Authentic. Original. If you’ve never had pozole done right, this is the place that will set the standard forever.
One bowl = One masterpiece.

Pekes Pozole is hands down one of the best places to enjoy authentic Mexican pozole. The broth is rich and flavorful, with just the right balance of spices, and the meat is tender and cooked perfectly. Every bite feels comforting and satisfying.
The restaurant has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are genuinely kind and attentive, which makes the whole experience enjoyable.
Portions here are generous — one bowl is enough to fill you up. Parking can be a bit limited, so it’s good to arrive a little early to find a spot.
If you’ve never tried pozole before, this place is a great introduction. It’s definitely worth the visit, whether you’re new to pozole or a longtime fan.

This was my first time here. We came here on a Monday afternoon. And what i loved was no wait !! We were able to be seated quickly and was able to order even quicker. Our food came not that long after! We ordered the pazole flight. And a order of flautas. As the pictures show the pazole flight offers you all three types of Pazole with all the fixings. It was good!! The only thing I wish they had was something to keep the soups warm as you enjoy the soups. (The soup got cold quick). But… all in all it was still good!!! As well as the flautas. So would I go back? Yes!! If you like pazole give them a try!!

Perfection, perfection, PERFECTION!! Peke’s Pozole is hands down the best pozole I’ve ever tasted, PERIOD!! The 4.3 star review they have been given is absolutely disappointing, because when you come to Peke’s, it’s not for tacos, or anything else, it’s only for the POZOLE! It’s in the name!! Let me break down the deliciousness and perfection of this pozole. First off everything feels fresh!!! This isn’t broth that’s been sitting there for days, this is made day of and FRESH! The broth is perfect! A beautiful blend of salt and spices that gives your tastebuds this beautiful flavor where nothing overpowers each other. Everything working with each other to give a rich and balanced flavor. The hominy pieces are huge, and definitely aren’t the store bought I’ve seen time and time again in many Mexican restaurants. The ingredients they give you to poor into your bowl are all fresh and delicious. The tostadas are made in restaurant and tasted like they just came out of the fryer. The meat that was inside this beautiful bowl of pozole was fresh tasting and melted in the mouth. Not too fatty and tasted just right! I absolutely recommend the rojo pozole, as the green pozole was more on the spicier side, and felt more overpowering in spice rather than the perfectly balanced flavors of the rojo. A warning to those of ordering takeout, they do poke holes at the top of the plastic container without warning you, and if your unaware the first time then it can lead to broth spilling out of the container. Definitely ask they not do this! But yes, I’d go back here a thousand times! Two half a gallons of pozole were just a total of $43 dollars! And still, me and my girlfriend have enough for us to eat tomorrow!

10 out of 10—hands down some of the best pozole, flautas, tacos, café de olla, and everything else. Came with the family and was a bit skeptical at first, because when I think of pozole, I only think of my mom’s—and that’s hard to beat. This place definitely exceeded expectations. Very nice and clean, with professional and fast service. 100% recommended.

Great experience. The pozole was really good. The red was rich and flavorful without being overpowered by the Chipotle. The green was my favorite with the subtle charred notes from the chile coming through. The pastor tacos were up there with some of the best I’ve had, easily makes the top 10 list. I guess the one bad thing was the flautas were way more tortilla than filling but the green sauce it was served with was really good. Overall a thumbs up.
