First time trying a Rally’s. I can remember years back when this building was a Taco Bell haha.
Anyways,
I always order chicken at fast food joints, so I tried their version of chicken nuggets and they were delicious!!! Nice seasoning in the breading, and as a Frank’s red-hot stan, I love that it’s their Buffalo sauce. Also heavily recommend the seasoned fries and the funnel cake fries!
Service is only down one star because I think they may have been understaffed, so the wait time was really long, and a bunch of people were stacked in the counter area trying to order, but the service members were very polite.

I’ve been to this Rally’s a few times and it’s been good every time. The food is hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The burgers are juicy and the fries are easily the best thing on the menu. Prices are fair and the service is quick. Overall, it’s a solid fast-food spot and I’d come back again.

Rally’s has great burgers, fries, and desserts. We got the cheesecake sundaes which were all fantastic. The drive thru staff was friendly and quick.

I waited very patiently for the grand opening hype to subside. That stretch of road is already congested on a normal day let alone during a late grand opening for a much anticipated alternative to McDonald’s and Wendy’s. I bet the food can be hit or miss as the restaurant adapts to the demands. I went yesterday around 3 pm and hit a sweet spot. The parking (and exit) was tight but it wasn’t busy so I could zip in and out. I always go in. Everyone was hard at work and friendly. Could it be neater? Yes! But they get 5 stars for making it work after they have been slaughtered non stop for these past few weeks since opening. My food was fresh,hot, accurate and delicious. I really enjoyed my strawberry milkshake! The service was fast. I was in and out in about 5 min.

So, I am giving this location a three out of five. Although the customer service voice through the drive-thru was helpful and courteous, it was the end result that made a mess in my car. So I ordered a five piece chicken nugget with medium buffalo sauce, small french fries and small drink. The man gave me my drink and I place it in my cup holder. A moment later he handed me a bag with the food and repeated my order which I was happy to hear about, I knew it was going to be accurate.
I shut the bag on the seat beside me and was driving home for lunch, it’s not that far away from the store. So I pull in the driveway I reach over to grab the bag and the bottom of the bag partially opened up pouring all sorts of sauce on my car seat I moved the bag over to my floor mat and it opened up and spilled everything out. There was a lot of buffalo sauce that poured out on the seat and on the floor, I am not sure if the Nugget box was put in on its side and everything spilled out, or what happened, all I know is that it made a mess and it was not edible at that point.
Somebody suggestion to anyone that comes into this place in orders the chicken nuggets with a sauce, check the bag before you pull out so that you don’t have a mess on your hands when you get home or to your office.
As for the quality of the food, other locations offer good food and goods customer service. I’ll go here again and see what happens so that I can report with food quality and taste.

Food didn’t taste bad but I barely made it home less than a mile before it ran from me. Fastest food ever. First and last time I’ll ever eat anything from there

They always make the food so good here. The food is always made fresh and accurately. The guy in the drive thru that uses the sponge bob voice is so funny! He’s polite and works efficiently. I remember asking for a ‘bacon blt’ (which is an actual menu item at Checkers down south), and he said that they did not have this item but could make it. Wow! He’s a great leader, for sure. I’ve encountered him several times and it’s always nice to engage with him, for the couple of minutes I’m there.Also great to see an ‘ear-in’ Rally’s/Checkers bc we don’t have that option down south. ❤️
