Offensively poor.

Living close by, I’ve been here many times. During the day, it’s ok. After dark, the “taco wizards” must be high on taco magic because, without fail, it sucks. You absolutely have to plan on waiting a long, long while. Regardless of how much you order or how busy they are. They’re aloof at best, if not downright incompetent. Lots of people standing around, maybe one guy working. It’s crazy.
I’d avoid the night shift, if not the location.

PS. Just got my CrunchWrap Supreme, after nearly 30 mins… possibly the worst I’ve ever had. For 8 bucks, it was hardly full. It was a big floppy piece of loosely folded bread with scarcely enough filling to make a small taco.
Offensively poor!

My husband eats at Taco Bell a lot across the country because he’s a vegetarian and I’m a vegan. Some are better than others but until today we never had anything but an okay experience. The meal we had was as good of quality as you would expect from a full blown well established Mexican restaurant. You can tell the staff put the effort into making it right and cared about the food they provided. Well done.

I swear this Taco Bell has the most incompetent employees I’ve ever seen in my life, I typically put in mobile orders, usually for pickup in store. Never have I had an issue at any other Taco Bell, this one can’t seem to wrap their heads around the mobile order situation. Every time I go in I’m waiting 20-30 minutes for my order to be made after they ask me what I’m there for (All you got to do is look at a computer screen and make the orders that are on there), tried doing drive-thru pickup today, girl at the box says she’d be with me to check my order in in just a minute. They proceed to take two drive-up orders, which is fine I don’t care. But then I’m left at the mobile order drive-thru speaker for quite a while with no other cars in the drive-thru. Trying to get someone’s attention through the box was impossible. Had to pull up to the window to get someone’s attention and they look at you like they don’t know what you’re there for. You might as well take mobile order off the option list for this place, because these employees can’t seem to handle it. I knew I should have hit Wendy’s.

The people there at night filled my baja zero to the top instead of leaving an inch of air. Made me so super happy. Best Taco Bell in the lafayette metro area by far.

Dropped in during a snow storm to get off the interstate for dinner. Food was great and the staff was amazing. Thank you all for the great experience while we were struggling to get home.

I came for breakfast, used the machines inside to place my order after realizing my window was frozen shut. The breakfast category on the machine only consists of breakfast salsa, and Cinnabon delights. I always order the California Crunchwrap with no tomato. There was no option, other than Crunchwrap supreme in another section, which I selected. I opted out of the meat, tomatos and added Guacamole. I also added a large Baja blast. My total was $17.02. The worker came out and handed me my food and a medium sized Baja blast freeze. I didn’t say anything about it being the wrong drink nor the wrong size and just went home. Took a bite out of my Crunchwrap and they literally gave me guacamole in a tortilla shell!! No hashbrown “crunch” in the inside. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had here.

Cash register employee was very kind… I asked how much to add a soda. He said I will give you 1, they’re almost 4 bucks!

Terrible Taco Bell to visit. Long wait and manager with zero concern about not giving all of the food that we paid for. Avoid this location!! Johnna the “manger” gives zero concern for their customers.

Usually try and order from sagamore store but it takes way to long and always end up cancelling and reordering to this taco bell. This one is EXACTLY what every taco bell should be. Fast, correct orders, friendly staff. So annoying that sagamore always takes over an hour for food.
