You really can’t go wrong with Chinese or Asian food in Juneau. LHK does some amazing lunch specials and the fried rice is probably the best in town.

The food was perfect. The service I felt could have been a little better but I assume the server was just having a bad day. I liked their high chair. Very secure and clean. I wish we had one in anchorage. Best chinese food by far

I’ve been a Little Hong Kong customer for most of my life, so I felt like I needed to provide a review just in case they’re thinking of going anywhere. I have fond memories of eating here with my family when I was growing up in the 1990s and later in the early 2000s when I was attending the university. The food (and interior decor) hasn’t changed in well over 20 years, but the meals are satisfying and always consistent. The wait/cook staff are super friendly and some of them have been there for as long as I can remember. If you’re expecting exotic American Chinese cuisine, this isn’t the place, and they don’t pretend to be something they’re not. The food is great, the service is excellent, and it’s a place that holds a special place in my heart. Little Hong Kong is truly one of the only good things left in Juneau. I pray they’ll always be here.

Hands down the best Chinese food in town. Their hot n sour soup is amazing on a rainy day and their general tso’s chicken is so crispy and flavorful. I’ll be a lifelong customer now!

We love this place! Being vegan, they had 5 things for me. The Chinese green soup is AMAZING! The staff is friendly and helpful. You can see the kitchen. Smaller but really great food. Was the first place we visited when we moved to Juneau.

I’ve eaten here quite a few times. I can’t complain about the service. However, the food can use some improvement. I know multiple people that have gotten food poisoning immediately after eating here. I’ve seen them put my food on a plate and stick it in the microwave… the rice was somewhat crunchy every time I’ve eaten it. I would give a 1 star if they weren’t such nice people with good service.

I cannot recommend this place. The quality food of is just disgraceful. This place would not be opened for long if they were in Hong Kong. It reminds me of my youth, Cantonese cooking, a particular style of cooking that’s rudimentary, simple of the 1960’s.
The cuisine is much better than what this place serves. It has it’s place of the past when that was standard. But Chinese cuisine IS better than this.
I never tried Chinese food in a can. Don’t settle for less.
