This location has really gone downhill lately. We stopped in today and the man working did not understand or speak English. After repeating my order several times before he actually understood me he asked if we had a coupon. I said yes and he said they don’t take any coupons. If you aren’t going to accept your corporations coupons you should have it posted somewhere. We left without ordering and won’t be going back there any time soon.

Ever since new management took over a few years ago this place has been great. New employee working this weekend has customer service skills that need to be fine tuned. First time having a problem in years so I will be returning, just lucky it wasn’t my first time there otherwise that man would have changed my mind about returning. Otherwise the workers I have encountered are wonderful. Hopefully he gets a well deserved break. Was complaining the whole time about working close and open. Not fun, but we’ve all been there, just gotta push through ‍♀️ he also went and hid in the back and was nit-picking the board when he returned. 15 minutes later (being the only one in the store) he began my order. Was then upset when I didn’t give him a tip after he didn’t accept my coupon. His right but also I’m not tipping you sir.

The glass windows the food was behind were absolutely disgusting the bins were almost all empty and what was left didn’t look good. The bread was pretty stale also. First bad experience at a subway

This SUBWAY SUCKS!!!
I was there last night and purchased 2 subs. I was shocked at the lack of meat / cheese they put in the sub. When I noticed this I asked for more and he said it would be an additional 3$. I just started laughing…I’m so mad I didn’t just leave!
I asked the guy if they could possibly slice their meat and cheese any thinner!?!
WHAT A JOKE! Seriously, your sub will have NO PROTEIN in it. I wish now I would’ve also taken a picture of my sub once I started eating it, it was ALL BREAD AND LETTUCE! You could NOT see the meat! . And I got the BMT which is 3 MEATS!!! THEY SLICE THEIR MEAT SO THIN it is all SEE THROUGH! DEFINITELY DONT EXPECT YOUR SUB TO LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PIC ON MENU!
Won’t be wasting any time or money on this Subway!

Also a customer left a review a few down from mine, he had a picture and stated he did not get his EXTRA HAM that he ordered! ……NO, THAT WAS THE EXTRA HAM!!!! …..which remember he had to pay extra for that! ….so if you don’t pay for extra meat, you will not see meat.

Got the entire order wrong.. it’s like he couldn’t understand or didn’t try.. I asked for toasted with extra ham no onions or tomato’s. I got a sub untoasted with onions and tomato’s. And no extra ham.. which I paid extra for.

guy that works nights needs to get fired. Two times now he has gave me and my bf terrible service. First time we get there 20 minutes before they close 20 !! I have worked in sub shops before where I’ve gotten people 2 minutes before closing and we still make them food that’s what being in the customer/food industry is. If you can’t be respectful towards customers then find a job where you don’t interact with them. Anyway the first time when we came in 20 minutes before closing he didn’t even let us look at the menu before he tapped on his wrist as if to tell us to hurry up and get out. Then a couple weeks later as in tonight my bf goes in to get a sub and the guy refuses to serve him saying “they’re out of bread” when there was clearly bread. But apparently all that bread was stale then why hasn’t it been thrown away or why haven’t you made fresh bread. It doesn’t matter what time of the night it is there should always be fresh bread even enough for some to be left over for the next day. This time it was 2 hours before they closed. How do you have no bread 2 hours before you close!? Just terrible customer service.

This is the best Subway in the area. Both employees working are so friendly. You could tell they really care about their customers. As we sat there eating, multiple people came in and they called them by name, asked how their day was. Just very friendly. Plus the bread was fresh and the subs were delicious!

Best subway I’ve ever been to. Staff is always friendly even when some of their customers are not. Food is always a fresh and available unlike the west side subway in Walmart.

Great service!! All the employees are kind and hard working. Such great customer service my 9 year old daughter even noticed and wanted to leave a tip! Well done. We will only go to this subway in Hartford from now on.
