Clean restaurant, very unassuming. A little dark on the 2 street sides. A light or 2 out. Food was decent, unfortunately they use staples (pet peeve) to attach checks to the bags. Customer Service was quick & efficient, no upsell attempt which to this reviewer makes ZERO sense. Sell baby sell!!! Mozzarella sticks & Marinara were solid, very good. Cheeseburger Sub was the tale of 2 cities… Bread awesome, lettuce awesome, onions awesome. No seasoning!!! Why?!? Burger was good but had some hard bits in it. The cheeseburger sub without the hard bits with a little salt, pepper & oregano would have been perfect.

I’ve never been to an A&M restaurant and have been disappointed! So this one was pretty much the same. My cheesestake was rather small for the price but the flavor was good my fries were crispy and salted to perfection and the staff were courteous. I understand that you charge a little more for the area you’re in but almost 20$ for a cheesesteak combo is a reach when it’s that small. I’ll definitely come back and try something different. I did see that they had different prices for lunch combos though. I got the dinner combo.

Everyone who has taken my call-in orders and has waited on me has been kind, friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food is always delicious and promptly made. I feel it’s in a convenient location where it’s easy to park your car. I especially recommend their mushroom pizza, Greek salads and strombolis, but everything we’ve gotten has been great. I wish them much success!

I’ve been a regular customer of various A&M locations for years. In many places I find something I like and it becomes my regular order. Not here. Everything is great, freshly made, consistent even between locations. I’m so thankful that they opened the Ephrata/Clay location because now I can get food from there in 15 minutes!

Just to give context, I’ve never been to this shop when it was Pepe’s Pizza so I will not compare it to after A&M took over. After some of the lengthy negative reviews, I was a little cautious to come here but I’m glad I listened to the positive ones! I can’t speak for the pizza or the dining experience as we did take-out, but the sandwiches and sides we got were delicious! I got the Cheesesteak combo that got me a large portion of food and a drink for only $15. While the Cheesesteak isn’t as long as other sub rolls, it was very thick with perfect amount of meat and cheese on a roll that wasn’t too soft or hard. The combo came with a generous amount of fries, and they were also cooked perfectly and delicious! We also got the pickle fries and those also came with a generous amount. My girlfriend got the Baked Ziti and instantly received a call from the restaurant that they were out of the requested sauce and offered us a chance to select a different sauce. I appreciate them confirming with us. The pasta came with a large side salad and my girlfriend was surprised to like the pasta as she can be picky with her pasta. Only issue she has was it was the sauce was maybe a bit too creamy. Overall, our dinner was delicious and I feel the cost was reasonable. We will definitely be back again!

I ordered 2 Italians for pick up. Service is really quick and they are friendly. Place is very clean and well lit. I did however feel that 14.00 a sub was quite pricey for the size of the sandwich is about 12 inches.
Otherwise, the sandwich was tasty and the bread is homemade. Reminds me of the homemade bread I’ve had from Fiore’s restaurant in Fleetwood.
I do recommend to try it out. I would like to try their pizza next. Also, their chicken avocado panini sandwiches are amazing!
