There are not very many places in Corvallis that o crave the food but the egg rolls at Mum Mum is top 3! These are the freshest crispiest egg rolls you will ever have. Fried to order and always piping hot! Sooooooo good!!!!

I am visiting from out of town for a family emergency so when I decided to try this place I was in a bummer mood. I got the Chicken Bahn Mi and spring rolls. It was so good that it cheered me up. The sandwich was generous for it’s price. I also liked that it was moist without being hard to eat. I will probably come here again while I am in town and try the Pho and Vermicelli noodles next. Also the customer service was very good and timely. I think Corvallis will enjoy this place.

The tofu bahn mi is incredible. Pickled carrots, spicy jalapenos, thinly sliced cucumbers which aren’t strong tasting at all (bc I’m not an huge cucumber fan) and lots of cilantro and seasoned tofu. Love the bread!!! We could eat this sandwich everyday and it’s only $7! Great service too. I know they do call ahead, but if their site had an order online for pickup I think it would a great option!

I love going to Mum Mum! They have the best banh mi and their chicken wings are to die for! The prices are incredibly reasonable, and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone

The restaurant advertises as being “To-Go” so one would expect their food within a reasonable timeframe. Granted, I came at rush hour. But it took nearly 30 minutes from my order being placed to receive my food. When I did receive it, it was cold…room temp at best. I got the beef + noodles as well as a chicken baguette sandwich. Both were relatively bland and lacking in protein portions. Unfortunately, a bad overall experience and one that I would not recommend.

I am genuinely addicted to their pork banh mi sandwiches, I like mine with extra jalapeño! I gave 5 stars to atmosphere because even though the area to eat is just a couple of outdoor picnic benches, it has a very welcoming vibe; the owners are so kind and friendly that even on a cold rainy day I like eating there! If you’d rather eat indoors, you can definitely call ahead and get your order to go.

It’s a cute to go Vietnamese restaurant. There is 2 small little Picnic table benches out front that you could sit. I had the chicken Pho. It was OK there wasn’t much flavor. I would like to try more on the menu. I will give it one more try. The staff was friendly and kind.

First time trying pho in Corvo and was not disappointed. Very yum, fair price, welcoming staff, and incredibly quick, accurate and efficient service. I got the regular pho with brisket and thought it was very good, will be returning!
p.s. pic was taken about half way into me munching

Tofu banh mi, vermicelli bowl, and chicken wings were all SO DELICIOUS. The chicken wings were hot and crispy and the sauce was out of this world!

My first banh mi at Mum Mum seemed a bit ‘flat’. No real crispiness to the bread. Nothing particularly stand out in the flavors.
What a pleasant surprise when I returned for another try. Flavors really popped, especially with each bite into the jalapeño. I still wouldn’t mind a bit more crunch to the crust of the bread.
Banh mi sandwiches are ideal for takeout. Just a bit of paper packaging. Pho on the other hand is a takeout disaster in my experience. Sticky noodle clumps and luke warm temps. And far too much disposable junk.
I sure hope they work out something for using that little bit of indoor seating they have, so that I can pop in for a bowl of soup on a regular basis.
