The sandwich was terrible. Bread was under cooked even after I “toasted” it twice. Frozen tomatoes and wilting lettuce with red edges on all of it so that had been there for a while! I at 3 bites and had some of the worst heartburn I’ve ever had. This is the worst subway I have ever been to and I travel around a lot. So bad!

Guy at subway was telling us that in a chopped salad only a 6inch subs meat is only allowed in a salad. And is on his phone when he’s supposed to be serving customer. Not happy with this service

Very good for quick bite.. Tastes good like a normal Subway Sandwich..ingredients are nice.. The ambience is good.. Music is playing all the time.. You can also come alone.. I think the staff is not much energetic.. They don’t close the subway well which makes it difficult to eat.. But other than that.. It’s good..

I ordered a sub online to be able to pick it up on my thirty minute lunch break and the order went through. I get to the store and there are two kids running around as well as two men sitting at a table. A sign on the door reading “Temporarily closed for cleaning”.
It took 15 minutes for someone to come to the door to talk with me and say that they attempted to call all online orders but I had received no call telling me such. When I asked about a refund I was told to call the 800 number.
I attempted to call the 800 number and was told by a recording to put in a form online and someone would reach out to me.
As of 11:35 on 4/4/22 I have put in three to four of them and no one has reached out to me about a refund.. It’s not that much money but in this day and age where we are all scraping by and want to get a small treat now and then it feels like they have stolen money from me and I am left here with nothing.

Train the staff!!!!!!!!!! Used the incorrect bread, incorrect amount of meat for a steak and cheese footlong, did not know how to make a wrap. Was excited to have subway back in Franklinton but it’s a waste of time and money.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place is so bad that I just had to speak up.
We’ve been to this location a handful of times. Each time, most of the employees were either sitting outside the restaurant or somewhere inside that wasn’t behind the counter (these were different employees each visit, not the same person every time). I have never had to wait so long for them to make my sandwich at any other Subway location.
One time, when ordering online, our order was not ready until 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Please note that this was not during busy lunch/dinner hours — I stood in the restaurant waiting for them to make the order and there were no other customers present.
This most recent time eating here, I‘m positive I got food poisoning from this place, which is what finally prompted me to write this review. Safe to say — my wife and I will never be coming to this location again.

Ordered a the American club online, barely any meat on my sandwich. There wasn’t any bacon which is included and I asked for the sandwich to be cut into fourths and that wasn’t done either which isn’t a big deal but I just wanted to eat dinner after a long day and get what I paid for. The app doesn’t work right and I never get any points. Wish we could replace our local subway with Quiznos.

Why is this subway the worse! I’ve had 2 extremely rude manager experience in this place and have probably only been inside a total of 10 times if that. The first time wasn’t as bad as the last time. This last time I went inside order the same sub I get every time I enter a sub for the past 8 years. However after the new menu release my sub is no longer on the menu but have had MULTIPLE subways make it and just charge me for the sub it’s closes to with no problem because it’s the exact same price as the other sub.
Well I go into this location place my order and the lady tells me that’s not gonna happen I ask why not and she replied I’m gonna charge your for an extra meat even tho I’m still getting the same number of meats. She then goes about telling me she was 3k dollars short this week because employees are giving away free meat and that’s why they have there hours cut and I’m about to get charged for what I want because she isn’t gonna be short again…. I do not believe that is how you should talk in front of a customer…. so I will never be returning to this subway again!! Hope they can find better management… maybe then they won’t be 3k short next time…
