’l am really disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an Uber eats order while I was in Salisbury, but the app hadn’t updated my current address in Southampton. I realized right away and called the restaurant within 5 minutes. They confirmed the order would be cancelled and that I’d get a refund since nothing had even been started.
However, I was still charged for the order. As a student and a regular Uber Eats customer, this is very frustrating. I trusted the system and the restaurant’s confirmation, but the issue was not handled properly. Really expected better.

By far the best Chinese takeaway in Salisbury. Short wait, great menu for vegetarians, great prices. They do better chips than most chip shops in Salisbury, beautiful vegetable soup and vegetarian duck. The staff always makes an effort to remember your name if you are a returning customer. My favourite takeaway!

SO HAPPY with this Chinese takeaway! Incredibly fast service, amazing food and staff were lovely. On top of this the prices were so cheap. Honestly so good, I don’t know how reviews aren’t 10 stars. This is my second time ordering from here and I couldn’t recommend it more. Will definitely be returning again. (And again, and again).

I visited a Chinese shop run by a warm-hearted woman named Mei, who hails from China. Her kindness and attentive nature made my experience truly enjoyable, as she treated me with genuine care and hospitality. The atmosphere of the shop was inviting, and it was clear that Mei poured her heart into her culinary creations, which added to the overall charm of the place.
The food I sampled was exceptional, bursting with flavors that tantalized my taste buds in a way I had never experienced before. Each dish seemed to reflect Mei’s passion for her culture and cuisine, making it evident that it was crafted with love and expertise. The unique blend of spices and fresh ingredients showcased the authenticity of the dishes, leaving a lasting impression on my palate.
When I called the shop, I was greeted by a delightful young man named David, whose charming personality and quick wit immediately caught my attention. His sense of humor was infectious, making our conversation enjoyable and engaging. However, during our chat, he mentioned that he tends to be interested in girls slightly younger than himself, specifically those aged 14 and under, despite being the same age as me at 16. This revelation added an unexpected twist to our interaction, leaving me intrigued yet slightly perplexed.
